    • PURPOSE:To allow an input side circuit to operate as a distributed switch by connecting the gate of a source ground FET for amplification and the drain of the separately provided source grounded FET through a capacitor with the connecting point of the distribution factor line of the input side CONSTITUTION:The sources and drains of source grounded FET 11a and 11b are set as the same potentials by a terminating resistance 8, and a switching operation can be attained by a bias voltage applied to a gate bias terminal 12. When the FET 11a and 11b are turned off, the distributed switch is turned on, a signal is inputted to an input side circuit 100a, and a distributed amplifier 100 operates similarly to the conventional distributed amplifier. On the other hand, when the FET 11a and 11b is turned on, the distributed switch is turned off, and the signal is not inputted to the input side circuit 100a. The FET 11a and 11b are set as resistance-free when they are turned on, and set as capacities(CT) when they are turned off. Thus, the FET 11a and 11b, and a capacitor 9 are designed so that an impedance Zo of the input side becomes 50OMEGA when the FET 11a and 11b are turned off, and so that the signal can be prevented from being inputted to the input side circuit 100a when the FET 11a and 11b are turned on.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of waveform distortion by using a relay contact to select the through-state of an equipment employing the amplifier or the insertion state of the 2-way amplifier thereby setting the equipment through-state when a dual pulse passes through the equipment. CONSTITUTION:In the equipment employing the 2-wire 2-way amplifier, the equipment is set to the through-state at the interruption of an equipment power supply or in the on-hook state. When a loop current is consecutive for a prescribed time, a relay contact is activated to insert the 2-way amplifier to a telephone line and when the loop current is interrupted, the relay contact is momentarily restored to set the equipment to the through-state. Through the constitution above, since two-way amplification is attained for talking voice signals without causing distortion in dial pulse and attenuation of a voice low frequency component, excellent talking is secured even in a subscriber line of a long distance.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a bidirectional amplifier for amplifying an attenuated signal in a two-wire transmission line. A success/failure judging device 13a judges success when the optimizing operation is completed within the silence interval or failure when the operation is not completed and repeates the optimizing operation again in the succeeding silence interval. Since a silience interval in communication is detected and the optimizing operation is executed when the operation is not completed in a slight silence interval at the time of starting communication, a large change in the attenuation quantity of a communication line can surely be processed.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the loss of input output hybrids and to reduce the circuit scale and the cost by constituting a duplex relay amplifier of 4 directional filters which separate outgoing and incoming signals and one amplifier. CONSTITUTION:The amplifier is provided with a 1st directional filter 3 connected to an up direction transmission line and separating an input signal into a high frequency band down signal, and into a low frequency up signal with a 2nd directional filter 4 connected to a down direction transmission line and separating an input signal into a down signal and into an up signal. Also, a 3rd directional filter 6 is provided to receive a down signal outputted by the 1st directional filter 3 and an up signal outputted by the 2nd directional filter 6 respectively and to output a mixed signal. Moreover, the amplifier is provided with an amplifier 7 amplifying the mixed signal and a 4th directional filter 5 separating the output signal of the amplifier 7 into down signal and an up signal and supplying them to the 2nd directional filter 4 and the 1st directional filter 3. Thus, the decrease in the output level by using the hybrid is prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To ensure the input and output and to attain low distortion by providing an input circuit and an output circuit together, inserting a diode between one transistor(Tr) of a TR differential pair of the output buffer circuit and a load and using a connecting point between the said diode and the load as an output point. CONSTITUTION:A diode composing of a Tr 315 is inserted between collectors of Trs 302, 311 of an output buffer circuit 23. A base of a Tr 316 is connected to a collector of a collector of Tr 311 of the active load side. Then with the input circuit 22 in the operating state and the output buffer circuit 23 in nonoperating state, charging to a parasitic capacitor C formed to the collector of the TR 311 is blocked to prevent malfunction of the TR 302. Thus, since no complicated circuit is used together, the circuit constitution is simplified and the output system is formed with a low impedance and then low distortion factor.

    • PURPOSE:To attain an operation at low power consumption by using a reception sensing signal from a signal receiving section so as to limit the power source supplied to a signal amplifier section and a signal reception section in the reversing direction. CONSTITUTION:A signal receiving section 1a receives an electric signal from a line 5a, outputs a reception sensing signal 6a and outputs a data signal 8a. Then a signal amplifier section 2a is operated by the reception sensing signal 6a, amplifies a data signal 8a from the signal receiving section 1a to output it to a line 5b. During that time, a signal receiving section 1b in the reversing direction is subjected to the inhibition of reception by the reception sensing signal 6a from the forward signal reception section 1a and the power source supplied through a power line 7b from a power source circuit section 3 is limited by a power source control section 4b. Thus, the power consumption of the reverse signal receiving section 1b and the signal amplifier section 2b not in the receiving state is reduced.
