    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module improved in mass productivity.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric conversion module 1 comprises: a base unit 11; a plurality of first electrodes 3; a plurality of thermoelectric conversing elements 2; a plurality of second electrodes 4; and a connection 42. The thermoelectric conversion elements 2 are configured as an n-type and connected in series. The connection 42 is formed integrally with each of the second electrodes 4 and configured separately from each of the first electrodes 3. Each first electrode 3 is provided with a receiving section 33 receiving the tip of the connection 42. Six element arrays 6 each of which is configured by lining up five thermoelectric conversion elements 2 in the X-axis direction are lined up in the Y direction. The receiving section 33 is configured to be received by connections 42 having the same shape even in either case where the connection 42 connects the thermoelectric conversion elements 2 in the element arrays 6 or where the connection 42 connects between the element arrays 6 adjacent each other, and the first electrode 3 and the second electrode 4 are configured to have the same shape.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion element capable of maintaining favorable thermoelectric conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric conversion element includes a p-type semiconductor 11, an n-type semiconductor 12, and an insulating layer 13 held between the p-type semiconductor 11 and the n-type semiconductor 12, and is configured by forming a pn-junction between the p-type semiconductor 11 and the n-type semiconductor 12. The insulating layer 13 is formed of powder of refractory bricks. The p-type semiconductor 11 is formed of powder obtained by mixing 15-70 vol.% of p-type semiconductor powder with powder of refractory bricks. The n-type semiconductor 12 is formed of powder obtained by mixing 15-70 vol.% of n-type semiconductor powder with powder of refractory bricks.
