SOLUTION: The advertisement display device is constituted of an advertisement display member, having an inner diameter having sufficient allowance, with respect to the outer diameter of the support to which the display device is attached and having a cylindrical shape; a pair of frame members attached to upper and lower end parts of the advertisement display member; and an attachment means for attaching these frame members to the support. The street light is constituted of the support, a solar panel attached to the upper part of the support so that an angle can be adjusted via an angle adjustment mechanism, an illumination light positioned at the lower part than the solar panel and attached to the support; and likewise, by having a storage battery positioned at a portion lower than the solar panel and a side opposite to the illumination light and attached to the support, the structure of the angle adjustment mechanism is simplified.

The transparent plate is inserted into the U-shaped grooves in the first outer frame. Grooves are formed on the bottom of the second outer frame in a concave or reversed-L shape in its cross section. One removable component is fixed in the grooves and the other one is fixed on the surface of the bottom plate facing the groove. Then, the advertisement or bulletin is inserted between the framed bottom plate and the transparent plate, and are integrated by fixing them from both sides.
