    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attic space ventilating device capable of easily opening/closing a roof fin with simple constitution and efficiently ventilating an attic space in a short time. SOLUTION: The attic space ventilating device disposed at the top of the attic space is provided with a roof gate 30 having an exhaust opening 32, a pair of bearing parts 34 provided on the outside of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the exhaust opening 32, and a fin engaging surface 35 formed at the bottom face part; the roof fin 40 turnably supported to both bearing parts 34 of the gate 30 through an elliptical hollow shaft 44; and a rotating drive part 50 having a hollow shaft driving member 51 inserted in one end of the hollow shaft 44 and rotatable while coming in sliding contact with an internal surface 45 of the hollow shaft 44, and turning the hollow shaft 44 through the hollow shaft driving member 51. Each bearing part 34 of the roof gate is provided with a pressing locking surface 37 for displacing the fin 40 in a direction to come in close contact with the fin engaging surface 35 and maintaining the close contact state when the hollow shaft 44 is turned and displace the fin 40 into close contact with the fin engaging surface 35.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulator laminated structure which efficiently exhausts, to the outer air, the gas like water vapor or an organic volatile matter content sealed inside a waterproofing sheet and the heat insulator laminated structure provided on a surface of a flat roof skeleton, and hardly exfoliates over a long period of time.
      SOLUTION: A plurality of heat insulating layers being synthetic resin foam plates 1 are arranged on the surface of the flat roof skeleton leaving a space 2 so that they may not come into contact with one another. The water vapor generated from the concrete skeleton, and the gas like the organic volatile matter content generated from an adhesive agent for lamination of the heat insulating layers and the waterproofing sheet 3 are gathered in the space 2. An exhaust pipe 10 with a check valve is boringly arranged and the pressure in the space 2 is lowered so that the waterproof performance by expansion and contraction of the gas, and the durability of the heat insulating laminated structure may be improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation ridge which can be quickly set on a roof, and exerts highly reliable venting performance and waterproofness.
      SOLUTION: The ventilation ridge 11 has a pair of plate-like inclined sections 17a, 17b extending diagonally downward from an apex thereof in a lateral direction, and they have ventilation holes 14a to 14d formed therein longitudinally in parallel with each other. The ventilation ridge has trapezoidal sectional ventilation members 21a, 21b arranged below the inclined sections 17a, 17b, at locations between the apex and the ventilation holes 14b, 14c, respectively. Each of the ventilation members 21a, 21b is formed by laminating synthetic resin sheets each having an indented sectional shape, on each other in one body, and has a plurality of vent holes formed therein. Thus only by firmly setting the ventilation ridge 11 on a roofing material 28, the ventilation ridge exerts a waterproofing effect, i.e. inhibits infiltration of rainwater, while ensuring the venting performance thereof.
