    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate loosening and breaking up of a tip of a metal wire body by forming a groove which regulates the tip thereof in such a manner that it is bent inward on a surface of a grip part of a locking tool which nips the metal wire bar body. SOLUTION: A through hole 11 is formed in a reel 10 for a grip part 6. Usually, the grip part 6 does not protrude on an inner face of the reel 10, and a horizontal part 4 is pushed from the outside of the reel 10 to protrude the grip part 6 on an inner side of the reel 10 through the through hole 11. A metal wire bar body W is nipped by the grip parts 6 and is locked between the inner face of the reel 10 and them. A guide groove 70 is formed on a face which nips the metal wire bar body W of the grip part 6 of a locking tool 1. When the metal wire bar body W is nipped, it is fitted in this guide groove 70 and is locked in a condition in which a tip side of the metal wire bar body W is bent inward for the reel 10. Consequently, the metal wire bar body W does not protrude from a flange part of the reel when it is locked to prevent loosening and breaking up of a tip thereof.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably perform switching operation when it is performed manually or by a machine such as an automatic doffing machine when a strand is wound by providing a groove in the outside surface circumferential direction of a lengthwise directional central part, and forming a shape of a bottom part of the groove into a V shape. SOLUTION: A bobbin has a groove 1 in the outside surface circumferential direction of its lengthwise directional central part, and a shape of a bottom part of the groove 1 is formed into a V shape. When a strand is wound round the bottom, the strand is hitched on the V-shaped groove 1 of the bottom, and gripping force with the bobbin is secured. A position to arrange the groove 1 is set to a part of about (±) 10% of the bobbin total length in the lengthwise direction with the lengthwise directional midpoint of the bobbin as a starting point. Since the groove 1 is arranged in the lengthwise directional central part, an edge angle of the strand at winding time is minimized, and dislocation of yarn from the groove 1 is prevented. Since a shape of a groove bottom part is formed in a V shape, a groove width is reduced in the depth direction, and gripping force increases in the groove deepest part by an improvement in adhesion to the bobbin of single fiber to constitute the strand.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily draw out a line of desired length from a bobbin and cut off it in a single operation by forming a band-plate-like rubber string of fixed length into a ring so as to form an annular holder, and providing a line cutter on a handle in the construction extending the one end of the rubber string into the handle. SOLUTION: This bobbin 1 is provided with flange parts 12, 12 on both ends of a cylindrical part 11, and a fishing line 2 is windingly provided thereon. An annular holder 3 is rotatably fitted onto the outer circumference. The annular holder 3 is formed into a rubber ring 30 by cutting a band-plate-like rubber string into fixed length, and piling both ends so as to provide a fastening part 32 while leaving a handle part 31 on one end. A line cutter 5 provided with cut-in 52 on a plate spring piece 51 is fitted to the extreme end of the handle part 31. The cut-in 52 is provided so as to be inclined against the face of the plate spring piece 51, and hence the fishing line can be smoothly cut off.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a take-up reel capable of easily removing continuous sheet wound up in rolled shape. SOLUTION: An outer periphery side close-fitted shaft 11 and an inner periphery side close-fitted shaft 12 are installed in a pair of disk guide plates 8 and 9, respectively and the outer periphery side close-fitted shaft 11 and inner periphery side close-fitted shaft 12 in the guide plates 8 and 9 are engaged with each other so as to form a core part 10 comprising two take-up shafts 13 between the guide plates 8 and 9. After continuous sheet has been taken up on the core part 10, the guide plates 8 and 9 are pulled out in the direction that they are separated from each other. Because the inner periphery side close-fitted shaft 12 is shorter than the outer periphery side close- fitted shaft 11 in axial length dimension, the close-fitting can be cancelled by a slight pulling dimension. When the close-fitting is cancelled, the continuous sheet is wound loosely around the outer periphery side close-fitted shaft 11 and inner periphery side close-fitted shaft 12 of either of the guide plates 8 and 9 and, in addition, an extra space is provided on the top end side of the inner periphery side close-fitted shaft 12. As a result, the continuous sheet can be removed easily by holdingly with the fingers inserted into the extra space and pulling out a roll of continuous sheet.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee stable yarn hooking performance and switching performance over a long period of time by arranging a resin coating layer on a surface of a slit groove in a paper tube for a bobbin where at least a surface layer is composed of paper and a yarn gripping slit groove is arranged in the circumferential direction on a tube end part surface of the surface layer. SOLUTION: A slit groove 2 is arranged on an end part surface of a paper tube 1 so as to extend in the circumferential direction. The slit groove 2 has a wide yarn introducing part 2a on the lengthwise directional one end, and a narrow yarn gripping part 2b is formed so as to continue with this. In the slit groove 2, a surface is covered with a resin coating layer 3. The coating layer 3 is fixed so as not to easily separate by high speed rotation of the paper tube. In this way, since the surface of the slit groove 2 is covered with the coating layer 3, moisture absorption-desorption of moisture from a paper tube surface layer is not caused in at least a part of the slit groove 2, and even when the paper tube 1 is placed under a high temperature and high humidity, the slit groove 2 is not blocked up.
