摘要： PURPOSE:To safely carry out undersea sight-seeing and obsevation by raising and lowering a submerging part body having no floating force for itself by means of a raising and lowering device fixed on a float part through a regulating device for a lowering attitude. CONSTITUTION:A submerging part body 1 composed of a crew boarding part 4 and a ballast weight 5 is provided with an observation window 10 and a water tight hatch, and has no floating force for itself, and is moreover housed through a winch 51 and a wirerope 52 in a float part 2 as its attitude is kept horizontal by the link mechanisms 29, 31 of a raising and lowering device 3. The winch 51 veers out the wirerope 52 during undersea observation to make the submerging part body 1 lower as its attitude is kept horizontal by said link mechanisms 29, 31. Thus, even if the submerging part body 1 gets out of order, since it has been suspended through the raising and lowering device 3 from the float part 2, it does not lower to the bottom of the sea, and the undersea observation can be therefore safely carried out.
