Further, a front spring 8 is mounted between a core 2 and the front end of the slider 5 to always urge the slider 5 backward. A cap 9 is engaged with a rear barrel 4 to integrally rotate with the barrel 4. First, the barrel 4 is rotated to direct downward in the state that the element A is projected. Then, when the cap 9 is rotated clockwise, the face 5a of the slider 5 is pressed down to the rear end side from the front end of the face 7 by an elastic force of the spring 8, the element A is retracted in the barrel 1, and the bar B is projected from a projection or retraction port of the barrel 4.
