    • PURPOSE: To facilitate replenishment of ink by a method wherein a valve disc hermetically sealing a receiving base by a spring by bringing a printing material in opposite contact with an under surface is, in a shaft-shiftable manner, provided to a shaft core, and the valve disc is pushed up by inserting a nozzle of a supplementary ink bottle into an insertion opening at a rear end of an inner cylinder part to fill ink. CONSTITUTION: Through holes are provided inside a cover 19 which is cylindrical and having a hole at its upper end, a porous printing material 2 capable of being impregnated with ink is stored inside of the cover 19, a seal surface is exposed from the hole, a receiving base 4 equipped with a cylinder part 7 is provided above a brim part 6, and an inner cylinder part 8 protruding toward an inner hole of the cylinder part 7 is provided. A seat 11 is provided behind that. A valve disc 14 having a valve part 15 hermetically sealing the seat 11 with a spring 17 is, in a shiftable manner, provided. An insertion opening 13 is formed at a rear end of the inner cylinder part 8, and a cover 19 is fixed to a shaft part 5 of the receiving base 4. The valve disc 14 is pushed up by inserting a nozzle of a supplementary ink bottle into an insertion opening 13, and a hermetically sealed part is enabled to be filled with ink.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce the number of times of trial printing at an initial stage to the utmost by setting the ratio of the amt. of the ink infiltrated into an ink holding element to the void parts of the ink holding element before the impregnation with ink to a specific value or less. CONSTITUTION: A stamp part main body 4 is constituted of a hollow rectangular parallepiped frame member 26 made of a synthetic resin having a shallow recessed part 25 provided to the rear surface thereof, the ink holding element 27 impregnated with oily ink provided to the recessed part 25 of the frame member 26 and the thermal film 28 covering the rear surface of the ink holding member 27 and the outer periphery of the frame member 26 and bonded to the outer peripheral surface of the frame member 26 by an adhesive 29. The ratio of the amt. of the ink infiltrated into the ink holding element to the void parts of the ink holding element before the impregnation with ink is set to 1.5 or less. By this constitution, the excessive outflow of the ink infiltrated into the ink holding element by the slight compression force to the ink holding element is reduced and ink is properly transferred to an article to be printed through the perforations of a thermal film.

    • PURPOSE: To enable reliable outflow of high viscous gelled ink, by a a method wherein a joint with a printing body on the front end is provided so that longitudinal movement is performed to a movable shaft by pressing or releasing a seal surface and the first valve chest fitted closely into the joint by a valve body on the rear of the printing body and the second valve chest fitted closely into a top hole of the movable shaft on the rear of the valve body are provided. CONSTITUTION: When high viscous gelatinized ink is filled up to value chambers 9, 22 and pressure is applied to a seal surface 33 under a state wherein a plug body or a greasy follower 43 which follows consumption of the ink and is slidable is provided on its rear end, a joint 11 is moved backward by dimensions L to a movable shaft 3. At that time, inner pressure within a valve chest 9 is raised, valve body 23 is pushed up, the ink flows into the valve chest 22 and made to flow out forcibly to the printing body 32 by passing through an inflow hole 19, gap 21 and ink derivative 34. When pressing is released, the joint 11 is restored to the original place to a bushing 2 and the inside of the valve chest is decompressed. At this time, a valve body 26 is pushed up and the ink flows into the valve chest 9 through a leading hole 10. The ink is pumed up in order by pressing and releasing as follows.
