摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate variance in joining strength of each weld point in multipoint ultrasonic welding. SOLUTION: Multipoint welding is performed with welding objects a, b interposed between a tip 3 vibrated by a horn 1 and an anvil 4. In this case, each tip 3 is arranged circular-arcuately, with the center of the circular arc made the center O of the horn 1, so that distance is equal from the center O of the horn 1 to each tip 3. Consequently, the vibration energy is uniformly transmitted to each tip 3, equalizing the welding conditions of each weld point, and thereby enabling variance-free stable joining strength (quality) to be obtained.

CONSTITUTION:The sample as a work is arranged on XYZ stage 4a controlled by a controller 60. As machining is progressed, a luminance signal of CCD camera 4d is increasing, when the luminance signal of image processing device 300 is turned to over the set value, completion signal is inputted in the controller 60 to stop eximer laser. Subsequently, the energy density irradiating sample is set to 5J/cm , the sample is irradiated with one pulse. In the case the luminance signal of CCD camera 4d is lower than the set value, the irradiation is completed, in the case of over the setting value, the sample is irradiated with one more pulse.

The feedback control is executed to the transistor with the selected control mode.
