    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for calibration of an inertial driving actuator which enables correct calibration, when there are a plurality of moving bodies, and to provide an inertial driving actuator device.
      SOLUTION: In the method for calibration of the inertial driving actuator, an object moving body out of the moving bodies in a plurality is so driven as to move by inertia between one and the other movement limit positions, in relation to an oscillating substrate moved in a reciprocating manner by a moving means, and position detection is performed by capacitance. The capacitance in a portion where a moving body electrode provided in the object moving body and an oscillating substrate electrode provided in the oscillating substrate face each other is detected at the one and other movement limit positions, and the ratio between the capacitance at these one and other movement limit positions and a movement limit distance between the one and other movement limit positions is calculated. Moreover, at least either of the one or the other movement limit positions is a position where the object moving body abuts against the moving bodies other than the object.
