摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation structure capable of reducing a load on a connection part of a pile main body and a pile head and a foundation slab and further on a structure, necessitating no increase of a size of the foundation slab, and free from a problem with respect to maintenance by reducing input earthquake vibration transmitted from a pile to the structure. SOLUTION: A pile head slab 3 is placed in a pile head part of a pile main body 2, and a slide member 6 is fixed thereon. A recessed part 3a is formed in a central part of the pile head slab 3, and an elastic spring 10 is attached in the recessed part 3a. A support 7 is provided at a position where it faces the slide member 6 on a foundation slab 4 side. A recessed part 4a is also formed in a foundation slab 4 to connect the pile head slab 3 with the foundation slab 4 by an elastic spring 10.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover scattering chips from a cutter and also to take out these chips after cooling them. SOLUTION: This device is a rolled stock joining device which is provided with a truck which runs in the rolling direction, rear end clamp which is mounted on the truck and with which the rear end part of a preceding rolled stock 1 is horizontally clamped, tip clamp which is mounted on the truck and with which the tip part of the succeeding rolled stock 2 is horizontally clamped, working device for cutting the clamped rear end part of the preceding rolled stock 1 and clamped tip part of the succeeding rolled stock 2 and press-contacting device (26d, 26e, etc.), with which the worked surfaces of the preceding rolled stock 1 and succeeding rolled stock 2 are superposed and the preceding rolled stock 1 and succeeding rolled stock 2 are joined by compressing them to approximately equal thickness to that of the rolled stock. The working device is provided with cutters which are inserted between the rear end of the preceding rolled stock and the tip of the succeeding rolled stock and moved in the width direction as rotating and with which the joined parts are cut and sucking devices 100 which are provided on both sides in the width direction of the rolled stock in a position where the cutter is arranged and with which cut chips are sucked.

Furthermore, movable rollers 16 for supporting the rolled stocks 2, 4 are provided before and behind the truck 1. Thus, it is able to make the hights of the rolled stocks 2, 4 transported approximately same as the rolled stock after joining. Only by adjusting the rotational speed and rotational direction of the driving device 15, the the truck 1 and the movable rollers 16 are traveled in accordance with the traveling speeds of the rolled stocks 2, 4, the working state or the like of the truck 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided a device for joining rolled stocks with which cutting resistance and traversing resistance are equalized and the running resistance of a cutter is reduced by equally bringing the cutter into contact with upper and lower rolled stocks and simultaneously cutting a preceding rolled stock and succeeding rolled stock without acting overload on the cutter even when the surface to be cut is deformed and thickness is changed. The cutting device consists of upper and lower cutters 30a, 30b for respectively cutting the back surface 1a in the rear end part and the upper surface 2a in the tip part, rotationally driving devices for rotating the upper and lower cutter 30a, 30b and cut surface adjusting device 34 for changing the interval between the surfaces to be cut with the cutters. The cut surface adjusting device 34 consists of a cutter supporting member 35 with which the upper and lower cutters 30a, 30b are rotatably supported and which can be rocked around the axial center of the cutter on one side and a rocking/ driving device 36 for rocking the cutter supporting member 35.

SOLUTION: The joint surface 30 on the back side at the rear end of the preceding steel 31 is overlapped onto the joint surface 30 on the upper side at the tip of the succeeding steel 32 and a belt-like projection part 13b of a punch 13 and the beltlike projection part 14b of a die 14 are set. Described in detail, the belt-like projection parts 13b, 14b are respectively fronted on the right and left end parts of the joint surfaces 30. The punch 13 is lowered from this state. The state of the joint surfaces after pressure welding is that the end parts 30a, 30b of the joint surfaces 30 are finely joined with pressure, but their middle parts 30c are unjoined parts by pressure welding. Then, the joint surfaces are joined only locally by pressure welding, so the required press force is remarkably reduced and the capacity of the press mechanism is remarkably lowered. Consequently, the press mechanism is miniaturized and a flying joining device is made to be lightweight and miniaturized.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for performing descaling, and grinding and joining as necessary without using any rotary grinding tool, and a reducing flame burner device. SOLUTION: In performing the pressure welding of the back surface of a rear end part of a preceding steel 1 to a surface of a forward end part of a succeeding steel 6, the shot-blasting is performed to remove scale with the preceding steel 1 being set to an upper die 5 of a press and with the succeeding steel 6 being set to a lower die 7 of the press, and with each surface to be pressure-welded in either of the normal atmosphere, the reducing atmosphere, or the non-oxidizing atmosphere. Then, pressure welding is performed under the same condition as that of the shot-blasting. In performing the shot-blasting under the reducing atmosphere by a reducing flame burner device 17 as necessary, shot particles are blown from the center part of each reducing burner 17b. The whole device is miniaturized and reduced in weight, and the actions of each component in the device are reduced in number, and simplified, and the elevation stroke of the dies is reduced to shorten the time required for the pressure welding. When the descaled part is covered with the reducing atmosphere or non-oxidizing atmosphere, the pressure welded surface is prevented from being re-oxidized.
