    • PURPOSE:To obtain a homogeneous strength of a PC plate having a rise by incorporating a form for shaping the outer shape of a concrete product in an annular rotatable support, delivering a partition material, inner molding material into the form, and centrifugally molding it. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical support 1 is rotatably supported onto a rotary wheel 2. A square rodlike partition material 6 having a thickness corresponding to the thickness of a concrete product is added to a pair of corners at the diagonal position of a square cylindrical forms 5 of square section, and a decorative tile 7 is connected with an adhesive to the inner wall face of the forms 5. A square cylindrical molding material 9 is eventually provided separately by a separator 8 in the thickness of a product in the forms 5. A centrifugal molding machine is started, and concrete is placed in the forms 5 while accelerating the rotation of the support 1. When its strength is achieved and it is removed from the forms, two PC corner panels 10 of L-shaped section are obtained. Thus, the PC plate having rise part can obtain homogeneous strength and satisfactory bonding strength with the finishing material.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a proper expansion joint irrespective of the thickness of a mortar layer applied on the external wall surface of a concrete building frame. SOLUTION: When a concrete building frame 4 is formed by placing concrete, a groove-shaped recess part 22 cut-out for a part to be additionally placed and for fitting of a joint bar 28 is preformed using a concrete-placing form material 20, and the joint bar 28 is placed in the recess part 22, matching the amount of the joint bar 28 to be projected from the external wall surface of the concrete building frame 4, to the amount of thickness of mortar to be applied. At this time, the amount of the joint bar 28 to be projected is controlled with a projection-controlling member 24 which is laid between the joint bar 28 and the bottom surface 22b of the recess part 22. A fitting member 26 for the joint bar 28 is provided between the projection- controlling member 24 and the joint bar 28. This fitting member 26 is engaged with the both side parts 22a of the recess part 22 by its resilience and is fastened and secured thereto. Grooves 22 for engaging the both side ends 26a of the fitting member 26 are preformed at the both side parts 22a of the recess part 22. The joint bar 28 using a foamed resin material can be also utilized as the back-up material of sealing material.

    • PURPOSE:To carry out an easy or automatic removing operation of stain such as cement paste leaked out on the front surface side of stone materials or the like. CONSTITUTION:In a joint layout process, a large number of stone materials 3 are arranged on a form bed 1 for manufacturing a PC (precast concrete) panel under the condition that the front surface side of the stone material is faced downwards.
