The controllers control the operation of the blowers in accordance with the temperature of one of the heat exchangers, which has a higher temperature.

At pulldown time, the refrigerant chiller unit 8 is operated, and the secondary refrigerant is cooled up to a prescribed temperature, and when reaching the prescribed temperature, operation of the refrigerant chiller unit 8 is stopped, and the Stirling refrigerator unit 4 is controlled so as to operate.

As an amount of oil is reduced, the lead switch is released from its energized state to produce an OFF signal, an ON signal is outputted from the control device 23 to the solenoid valve 11 and the solenoid valve 11 is opened. As the oil is supplied through the solenoid valve 11 to increase an amount of oil in the container, the reed switch is energized to close the solenoid valve 11 and then the supplying of oil is stopped.

As a result, a shortage of oil can be resolved.
