摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely remove moisture in a refrigerant circuit by evacuating a refrigerant circuit section while the refrigerant circuit is being heated or after the refrigerant circuit has been heated, when the refrigerant circuit is evacuated. SOLUTION: An outdoor unit (air conditioner unit) (B) is evacuated while passed through an evacuating apparatus 95. That is, the outdoor unit (B) is introduced into a constant temperature chamber 101 of an evacuating apparatus 95 by a conveyor belt 97. When the outdoor unit has passed through preheating chambers 98, 99 and is guided into the constant temperature chamber 101, a vacuum pump 85 is operated and evacuation is carried out while the outdoor unit (B) is being exposed to high temperature dry air in the constant temperature chamber 101. The dry air is kept at a temperature of e.g. approximately 120 deg.C, and the outdoor unit (B) is continuously evacuated for a period of approximately 10 minutes while being slowly moved by the conveyor belt 97. Moisture adhering on inner surfaces of refrigerating equipment and refrigerant pipes which constitute a refrigerant circuit section can be easily evaporated.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat radiation characteristics from a fin by applying black-colored coating having low light reflectivity on each fin. SOLUTION: A hydrophilic coating film of 5 to 10μm is formed on the outside of a rust-proof layer. The hydrophilic coating film is formed in order to prevent water droplets acting as vent resistance from being formed on the surface of a fin 23. The hydrophilic coating film is a black colored pigment such as a carbon black pigment mixed and added to a composite comprising hydrophilic organic resin and silica, and is formed by cleaning the fin 23 with triethane and thereafter dipping it in a black colored coating, pulling, drying, and baking it. The surface of the hydrophilic coating film is made a fine rough surface by mixing-in of such a black colored pigment, and contributes to reduction of light reflectivity, in and an improvement of heat exchange efficiency can therefore be achieved. Piping insertion holes are previously formed in the fin 23, and the fins 23 are successively inserted into a straight pipe 26A. After the straight pipe 26A is expanded, a bend piping 26B is welded for communication with the straight pipe 26A.

摘要： PURPOSE:To restrict a discharging of lubricant oil in a compressor when a defrosting operation is carried out by a method wherein a defrosting control means for opening a solenoid valve during a defrosting operation of an outdoor heat exchanger and for opening by a half of a degree of opening of an electric expansion valve is installed in a control device. CONSTITUTION:As both sensing temperatures of sensors 26 and 27 are in a predetermined range, a defrosting control means 28 starts a defrosting operation. As the defrosting operation is carried out by a controller 29, rapid pressure variation in a freezing circuit 12 is restricted low as compared with the prior art system in which the electric expansion valve 8 controlled to be full opened and at the same time a pressure difference between a discharging said and a suction side of a compressor 1 is restricted to be low. A reduction of the pressure difference is restricted low by about 1.5 to 2.5kg/cm . Due to this fact, a discharging amount of lubricant oil within the compressor 1 is few.

On the bottom cover member 22, a mounting portion of the filter member 2 is formed. Then, the bottom cover 22 is engaged and disengaged relative to the lower end portion of the cylindrical body 21. The cylindrical body 21 is energized toward the bottom cover member 22 by an energizing member 59. As a result, the alignment and the sealing state of the cylindrical body and the bottom cover member are improved.
