    • PURPOSE:To sucessively and continuously execute pressurization and supply of an object to be treated by providing a liquid feeding route with two sets of converters containing a free piston in parallel, in that which allows the object to be treated of food and medical supplies to be subjected to high pressure treatment in a high pressure vessel. CONSTITUTION:To a supply side conducting tube 23 for communicating with an entry and a discharge side conducting tube 24 for communicating with a delivery of a high pressure vessel 1 in which a high pressure pressurizing chamber 2 for receiving an object to be treated is formed, two sets of converters 3, 4 are connected in parallel, and to these converters 3, 4, one set of high pressure water pump 5 is connected. In each converter 3, 4, free pistons 8a, 8b, 9a and 9b are fitted and installed in the left and the right liquid chambers, respectively, and in each liquid chamber, the object to be treated and a treating object can be stored temporarily. The high pressure pump 5 has water chambers 22a, 22b on both sides of a hydraulic cylinder 20 in the center, and by allowing a piston 21 to be subjected to reciprocating motion by hydraulic pressure, water in the water chambers 22a, 22b is pressurized, and the free pistons of converters 3, 4 are subjected to reciprocating motion alternately.

    • PURPOSE:To enable an article to be completely packed and to improve a packing type and packing strength by a method wherein continuously conveyed articles are covered with a thermal shrinkable plastic film, both the side parts are joined with each other, the film between the articles is cut in a state that a part of the film is continued, and the articles are fed in a heating furnace as they are, so as to generate thermal shrinkage. CONSTITUTION:Continuously conveyed half trays 1 on a conveyor 11 are covered with a thermal shrinkable plastic film 3, and side parts on both sides are adhered to each other by means of an adhesive 5. Sewing stitches 50 are formed in the film 3 between the half trays 1, and the trays are fed in a heating furnace 30 as they are. In this case, the thermal shrinkable plastic film 3 is heated in given heating temperature atmosphere in the heating furnace 30, and thermal shrinkage is started. By means of a generated shrinkage force, the uncut part of the thermal shrinkable plastic sheet film 3 which is still uncut is cut away, the film is shrunk by its own tension, and this part is mounted to the front and rear parts of the half tray 1 to pack an article 2.

    • PURPOSE:To simultaneously carry out winding up of body and folding of edge with only a mono-axial direction of movement by arranging a packing material as a film in the crossing direction against the transfer direction of the packed article and reciprocating forward and backward the article to press it on the wall. CONSTITUTION:When a packing material 2 is set, the packing material 2 is fed from the oblique upper part by a conveyor 31 after a guide plate 41 is lowered below to the position L by a lifter 40 and lowered along the guide plate 41. And then after the lower edge of the material is stopped and held at the lower position than a lower transfer guide 13, the guide plate 41 is raised up. Next, No.1 transfer unit 10 is shifted to the right by a pushing claw 11 and the packing material 2 hanging down as a film is pushed forward and further, the article is transferred, changing to No.2 transfer unit 20 to complete the first half process of winding up of the body and folding of the edge. Thereafter, the article 1 is stopped and the guide plate 4 is lowered and further the pushing claw 21 of No.2 transfer unit 20 is shifted to the right and left to move reversely the article 1 to the left and finally to complete all the processes of body-winding and edge-folding.
