    • PURPOSE:To automatically change the direction of wheels of a working machine by providing an oil cylinder astride the axle of the towed working machine and a direction changing shaft and controlling it according to the action of limit switches in response to the refractive angle between a tractor and the towed working machine. CONSTITUTION:A working machine 31 towed by a tractor is provided with a hydraulic cylinder 34 astride an axle 32 and a direction changing shaft 33 provided in parallel with this axle 32. The direction changing shaft 33 is shifted to either the right or the left direction against the axle 32 by the expansion/ shrinkage motion of this hydraulic cylinder 34 to change the direction of wheels of the working machine 31. In addition, a hitch angle sensor 12 detecting the refractive angle between a hitch 46 provided at the front of the working machine 31 and a draw bar 47 pivotally fitted at its front end is provided, and the pressure oil feed to the hydraulic cylinder 34 is controlled as individual limit switches 13, 18 are turned on or off according to the displacement of the slide rod 48 of this sensor 12.

    • PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency, by a method wherein, in coversion of the direction of a tractor, either of two limit switches, mounted to a hitch, is closed by the interlocking cam of a draw bar, and a direction conversion shaft is moved through operation of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:In conversion of the direction of a tractor 22, either of two limit switches LS 15, attached to a hitch 39, is closed by an interlocking cam 41 of a draw bar 40 to actuate a cylinder 26. The cylinder 26 located between an axle and a direction conversion shaft is actuated, a limit switch 7 is closed through movement of a slide rod 34, and a working machine 23 also converts a direction. When a handle is started to return, the limit switches LS 15 are both brought into an OFF-state, but the switches are pushed by a central projection 43 of a cam 41 for closing. When a lock groove 35 for straight advance is engaged with an LS 7 through expansion of the cylinder 26, the wheels of the working machine 22 are brought into a straight advancing state. This eliminates the need for a driver to look back each time, and enables sharp reduction of a time required for running-round.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate steering control, by a method wherein, through opening and closing of a hitch angle sensor switch according to the angle of the hitch of a working machine followed by change of the direction of a tractor, the feed and discharge of an oil pressure to and from a hydraulic cylinder for driving the direction changing shaft of a working machine is controlled. CONSTITUTION:A main switch 3 for full automatic and automatic and manual switching and a hitch angle sensor switch 4 are connected in series to circuits A and A' to which a power source 1 and a solenoid valve 2 are connected. Further, a circuit B, in which a relay 5, a push button switch 6, and a limit switch 7 are connected in series to each other, is connected in parallel to the circuit A. The feed and discharge of an oil pressure to and from a hydraulic cylinder 10 driving the direction changing shaft of a working machine tracted by a tractor is controlled by the valve 2, and the working state of the hydraulic cylinder 10 is detected by a limit switch 7 operated in cooperation with a slide rod 16. The switch 4 is mounted to a hitch attached to the front of the working machine, and is laterally switched by an interlocking cam formed integrally with a draw bar pivotally attached to the front of the hitch.

    • PURPOSE:To make a wheel turnabout automatically performable accurately and surely with a pushbutton pressed only one time, by installing three-spot lock grooves for straight, right-turn and left-turn use in the slide rod pivotally attached to a turnabout shaft. CONSTITUTION:One end of a slide rod 23 is pivotally attached to a turnabout shaft, while lock grooves 24-26 for straight, right-turn and left-turn use are installed in three spots of the slide rod 23 at regular intervals, covering them with a dustproof case 27. And, a limit switch 10 attached to the center of this case 27, and a roller 28 is attached to an on-off contact point, and when this roller 28 is fitted in any of these lock grooves 24-26, the limit switch is formed so as to open. One end part of a hydraulic cylinder 14 is pivotally attached to the turnabout shaft, interlocking it with the slide rod 23. If a pushbutton is pressed, the roller 28 shifts to a rod large diametral part and keep on with operation till the next lock groove comes. Therefore, there is unnecessary to continue to press the pushbutton, thus an accurate turnabout is performable.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beet row-sensing apparatus in which a switch is turned ON in contact with the side head part of a beet and the switch is kept OFF to ground resistance from the lower. SOLUTION: A switch box is fixed on left and right both sides of a horizontal arm vertically moved through a parallel link and a pair of sensor levers facing each other at a prescribed downward angle of obliquity is hinged to the switch box. The sensor lever is brought into contact with the side head par of the beet in a non-contact state to turn the switch ON and when the left and right levers are grounded to a ridge, these sensor levers repels grounding resistance and the parallel link is made to float above before rotating to ON position to keep the switch in OFF state. A downward angle of obliquity of the sensor lever, a rotation resistance force in grounding, a rotation angle from a free position to a switch ON position, a grounding repelling force and float balance resistance of the parallel link are relatively set to enable the operation.
