    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the spreading of a home system by eliminating a high-cost impression of the home system by providing various kinds of service information from the outside of home to the inside of home at appropriate cost in response to a user request.
      SOLUTION: The home system is connected to a facility network wherein information can be exchanged with each other by connecting equipment installed in a house, and an intra-house information network wherein an informaiton display terminal of a personal computer or the like installed in the house is connected, and the home system comprises a program related to equipment remote supervisory and the control of at least security, power saving and the like. The home system is configured to exchange information related to equipment using a structured data description language among a service provider which provides services in the home, the information display terminal and the equipment via a router which connects an out-of-home information network connected to the Internet or the like outside of the house and the intra-home information network.
