The inside peripheral part of this sample T is inserted and held by the head members 21a, 21b of the internal conductors 2a, 2b, and the sample T is inserted and held in a state that a contact resistance is stable.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to make the variation of resistance value small even to a severe bending and to maintain a stable resistance value constantly by composing a conductive rubber layer to be the conductor of a wire with rubber and a specific low conductive carbon black, in a conductive rubber type wire. CONSTITUTION:The conductive rubber layer of a conductive rubber type ignition wire is composed of rubber 100 pts.wt. and a low conductive carbon black 50 to 250 pts.wt. which has the absorption amount less than 130cc/100g of DBP (dibutyl phthalate). In other words, the conductive rubber layer to be a conductor does not include a highly conductive carbon black like a conventional conductive rubber layer but includes a specific low conductive carbon black. As the low carbon black, the thermal black, the furnace black, the channel black, and graphite, for example, are available. As the rubber for the other component of the conductive rubber layer, the ethylene-propylene rubber and the like can be used. In such a composition, the variation of the volume resistance rate can be prevented to any angle of bending.
