摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start recordings from correct positions being on a format by opening the recording gate of a sector once at the point of time one part of IDs in among IDs recorded plural times are decoded and rejudging the recording starting condition of the sector from all ID information again at the point of time all IDs are decoded. SOLUTION: When an ID1, an ID2 and an ID4 are not read and an ID3 is read, only output signal pulse of a comparator 3 is outputted. Since one ID or more IDs among IDs being four pieces are read out, a starting pulse generator 114 counts a fixed time based on the position of the CRCOK of the ID3 to output a pulse at a position where an intrinsic recording gate is to be generated. A recording gate generator 116 opens a recording gate tentatively by making this pulse a beginning. When a recording condition is defined to be the case IDs of two or more are read, since this case does not satisfy this condition, a recording gate stopping pulse generator 115 outputs a recording gate stopping pulse to the recording gate generator 116.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce an information recording error rate due to the increase of sector position detecting capacity and to reduce collectively hardware by forming a sector mark based upon wobbling pits on the head of a sector address information preformat part. CONSTITUTION:Grooves 1 are optical guide grooves for optional three tracks on an optical disk and pits 2, 3 are wobbling pits due to optical slight pits. On the other hand, a pit 4 is an optical slight pit constituting the original part of sector address information and is also a PLL synchronizing VFO (sink) part. Since the pits are slightly eccentricated in the wobbling pit parts, a tracking error signal corresponding to the eccentricity is outputted. Namely, reflected light beams from the optical disk are made to incident upon a tracking signal photodetecting diode 6, a tracking error is obtained from the output of a differential amplifier 7 as a tracking error signal 9 and an information signal is obtained from the output of an additional amplifier 8 as a tracking sum signal and can be easily distinguished from a normal signal.
