摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a structure facilitating the mounting of a thermistor for controlling the temperature of a heating chamber in a cooker. CONSTITUTION:A tubular heater 5 provided on the ceiling of a heating chamber 4 is fixed by a heater holding plate 10, and fixed to the flange 11 of the heating chamber 4 by a small screw 12. A thermistor 1 is fixed by bending a part of the heater holding plate 10 to 90 deg., and pressing a thermistor mounting plate 3 by a pressing part 14 having a space part 13 for passing the thermistor 1. According to such a constitution, the mounting work is facilitated since the thermistor is not fixed by a conventional small screw and nut.

摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently and automatically dry garbage using slight power by controlling the supply of a current to a microwave generating means on the basis of the detection value of a pressure sensor detecting the pressure in a heating chamber equipped with a pressure reducing means. CONSTITUTION:A control part 18 monitors the signal of a pressure sensor 17 through a detection circuit 19 to control the supply of a current to a magnetron 5 being a microwave generating means and a pump 14 being a pressure reducing means or the operation thereof. When the drying treatment of garbage is started, a heating chamber 1 is reduced in pressure by the pump 14 and, when the internal pressure of the heating chamber 1 reaches a predetermined value, the supply of a current to the magnetron 5 is started. At this time, the internal pressure of the heating chamber 1 is monitored by the pressure sensor 17 and the supply of a current to the magnetron 5 is controlled on the basis of the detection value of the pressure sensor 17 so that garbage is dried while the temp. thereof is held to a predetermined value. Finally, the point of time when the drying treatment of garbage is detected from the detection value of the pressure sensor 17 and the current supply state to the magnetron 5 and the supply of a current to the magnetron 5 is automatically completed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a looseness caused by an abrasion and enable an easy attaching/detaching of a heating and cooking unit with one hand by a method wherein an engaging acceptance part for a kneading container and a bottom part within a heating chamber is made into such a shape as square or polygon with more than four corners, the kneading container is provided with engaging projections, engaging acceptance portions within the heating chamber are provided with punched holes, and magnetic members are arranged at both kneading container and the engaging acceptance portions. CONSTITUTION:A bottom part of a heating chamber 11 is provided with an engaging acceptance part 3 having a substantial rectangular shape made of aluminum die cast for use in fixing a kneading container 1. The acceptance part 3 is provided with a punched hole 12 for use in inserting an engaging projection 4 of a leg part 2 of the kneading container. After the insertion of the projection 4 into the punched hole 12, a magnet 13 buried in the engaging acceptance 3 and a metallic plate 14 of the leg 2 are retracted to each other and fixed. A handle 15 fixed to a side surface of the kneading container 1 is used in case of fixing or dismantling or in case of carrying the container. A heating chamber 11 is provided with an upper heater 23 and a lower heater 24, a temperature control in case of fermentation or baking-up is performed at a controlling part 22, and a magnetron 25 is operated in case of performnig microwave heating. With this arrangement, a looseness caused by an abrasion or coming-off thereof is elimintaed. In addition, it is possible to prevent a dangerous condition to be caused in case of attaching or detaching operation, one-hand operation can be carried out and its convenience in use of the device is improved.
