摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having an excellent biodegradability, an excellent mechanical strength and a gas barrier property and a molding consisting of the resin. SOLUTION: This biodegradable resin composition comprises (A) 5-99 wt.% of an ethylene-vinylalcohol copolymer containing 20-65 mol.% of ethylene and (B) 95-1 wt.% of an aliphatic polyester and/or an aliphatic polyester amide. This resin composition can also comprise (A) 40-99 wt.% of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer containing 20-65 mol.% of ethylene and (B) 60-1 wt.% of an aliphatic polyester and/or an aliphatic polyester amide. This molding consists of these compositions.

摘要： PURPOSE:To industrially easily produce a molded article improved in adhesion and gas barrier properties and superior in odor-preserving properties by providing a slant structure layer having a concentration gradient in an inner composition of a film so that a concentration gradually becomes high from one exposed thermoplastic substance surface to the other surface. CONSTITUTION:In a molded article made of at least two kinds of thermoplastic substances A and B, a section in a thickness direction has a slant laminar distribution structure with a concentration gradient of the substances A and B. The thermoplastic substances A and B are melted. A right and left two-layer flow having a slant interface is formed so that in view of a section vertical to the flow direction of a confluence of the melted substance A and the melted substance B the contact interface of the both is inclined from side to side. The two-layer flow is kneaded by vertically applying a shearing action. The fluid is introduced into a molding machine so that the vertical direction thereof is turned to the width direction of a molded article to be produced. The introduced fluid is extruded from the molding machine.

At least one kind of an aqueous dispersion selected from aqueous dispersions containing EVOH with ethylene content of 15-65mol% insoluble in water at room temp. is applied to a thermoplastic base material to be dried.

Applying and drying the dispersion gives a film excellent in gas- barrier property, flavor preservation, etc.
