摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated film which can be laminated thermally at low temperature and can be embossed with an anti-fouling function by arranging a specific vinyl chloride copolymer composition layer and a specific ethylene/ fatty acid vinyl copolymer saponification layer. CONSTITUTION:The laminated film is composed of a specific vinyl chloride copolymer composition layer and an ethylene/fatty acid vinyl copolymer saponification layer. The vinyl chloride copolymer composition layer is composed of 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride copolymer which contains 60 to 99mol% of vinyl chloride component and 1 to 40mol% of vinyl acetate component and/or a carboxylic acid component, and 0.1 to 15 pts.wt. of a chemical compound containing at least two isocyanate groups. On the other hand, the ethylene/fatty acid vinyl copolymer saponification layer consists of 20 to 65mol% of ethylene and at least 90mol% of fatty acid vinyl component in terms of a degree of sponification. Consequently, the laminated film has an anti-fouling function and can be embossed easily.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an aqueous dispersion which is excellent in stability during storage and use and can form a dry film of excellent barrier properties by dispersing an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer as a dispersoid in water with the aid of an ion-modified ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer as a dispersion stabilizer. CONSTITUTION:The dispersion contains a dispersion stabilizer comprising a modified ethylene/vinyl ester copolymer saponificate containing ionic groups at the terminals and having an ethylene content of 10-70mol% and a degree of saponification of 80mol% or above and a dispersoid comprising an ethylene/ vinyl alcohol copolymer of an ethylene content of 15-65mol%. The mixing ratio is desirably such that 3-100 pts.wt. dispersion stabilizer is used per 100 pts.wt. dispersoid. Although the ionic groups include anionic, cationic and amphoteric groups, anionic groups are desirable because of their effect of stabilizing a dispersion.

When this copolymer is dissolved in 30 deg.C water at a concentration of 1% over one day, 50% or more thereof remains undissolved. Emulsifying this copolymer gives the objective dispersion.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the subject dispersion having small dispersed particle size, high stability and high solid concentration by emulsifying and dispersing a copolymer insoluble in water of room temperature and composed of an ethylene- vinyl alcohol copolymer component bonded to a component containing ionic group. CONSTITUTION:The copolymer to be used as a starting material for the subject dispersion is insoluble in water at room temperature and composed of (A) an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer component having an ethylene content of 15-65mol% and (B) 0.1-5mol% (based on the copolymer component) of a component containing ionic group (e.g. sodium acrylate) and bonded to the component A in the form of block or graft. The copolymer is dissolved in a 50/50 (in terms of weight) mixed solvent of water and methanol at 65 deg.C, the solution is cooled to room temperature under stirring and the obtained emulsified dispersion is evaporated under reduced pressure under stirring to evaporate methanol. The objective aqueous emulsion dispersion of a stably emulsified and dispersed ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer having small particle diameter can be produced by this process.
