摘要： PURPOSE:To easily decrease the amt. of the carbon contained in and sticking to powder ore after reduction to a specified value or below by fluidizing and reducing the powder ore in a reducing furnace by introducing a reducing gas added with gas substantially consisting of CO2 or H2O into the furnace. CONSTITUTION:The raw material powder ore is supplied via a screw feeder 3 for supplying raw material to the reducing furnace 1 having a gas distributor 2 in the lower part. The high-temp. reducing gas contg. Co, H2, etc., is then introduced from a device 4 for supplying the high-temp. reducing gas into the furnace from the furnace bottom. The raw material on the above-mentioned gas distributor 2 is thereby fluidized and reduced. The reduced ore obtd. in such a manner is taken out of a reduce ore discharge port 6 and the waste gas is discharged through a cyclone 7 at the furnace top. The gas substantially consisting of CO2 and/or H2O is added to the above- mentioned reducing gas from a nozzle 10 to decrease the amt. of the C contained in and sticking to the reduced ore in the above-mentioned method for reducing the fluid layer. The CO2/CO ratio in the reducing gas after the above-mentioned addition is adequately maintained within the specified range according to the reaction temp. and the permissible amt. of the C contained in and sticking to the reduced ore.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce powder ore with high thermal efficiency and high economy by packing the powder one into a fluid layer and heating the above-mentioned ore and furnace body to a reducing temp. or above, then blowing a reducing gas to the fluid layer to fluidize and reduce the above-mentioned ore. CONSTITUTION:The raw material powder ore is packed from a hopper 5a of a reducing furnace 1a into the fluid layer on a distribution plate 2a. The waste gas of reduction from the reducing furnace 1b, etc., during the reducing stage is then introduced into the furnace and is burned by O2 or air 9a to obtain a high-temp. gas which is then passed through the plate 2a from below to heat the above-mentioned powder ore and the body of the furnace 1a to the temp. above the reducing temp. The reducing gas such as H2 of high temp. is then introduced into the furnace from a high temp. reducing gas generator 7 and is raised in the furnace through the plate 2a to fluidize and reduce the preheated powder one. The reduced ore obtd. in such a manner is discharged from the fluid layer from a product discharge pipe 6a. The waste gas is discharged via a cyclone 4a and is stored or is directly used in the other reducing furnace 1b, etc.

摘要： PURPOSE:To uniformalize blowing ore quantity into tuyere, by measuring sound pressure level and controlling supplying quantity of transferring gas so that sound pressure level is attained to a prescribed value at an introducing pipe for transferring fine ore to a melting and reducing furnace from a preliminary reducing furnace. CONSTITUTION:Fine ore preliminarily reduced at a preliminary reducing furnace 2 is transferred from the discharging hole 5 through a transferring pipe 6, the introducing pipe 7, and blown into the melting and reducing furnace 3 through a tuyere branch pipe 8 by transferring gas from a gas supplying pipe 10. A sound pressure level sensor 16 is set at an exist side piping 7a of the pipe 7 to continuously measure sound pressure level in pipe. Electric signal of measured sound pressure level is sent to a transferring gas quantity automatic controller 18, and controlling signal is sent to a flow rate controlling valve 19 set at the pipe 10 by the controller 18. In this way, transferring gas supplying quantity is automatically controlled so that sound pressure level in exit side piping is maintained to a prescribed value and preliminarily reduced ore is uniformly blown from tuyere.
