SOLUTION: The photosensitive recording material is provided on the support with a photosensitive recording layer containing a diazo compound and a coupler, wherein the diazo, compound is one expressed by formula (where R represents an aryl group having a substituent, R , R represent respectively a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or an aryl group, A represents an alkylene group, and X represents an anion, R and R may be combined with each other to form a ring), and the diazo compound is encapsulated in a microcapsule.

Thus, a fast yellow image small in background fog and high in quality can be obtained.

The coupling components can be used alone or in a combination of two or more kinds but, when two or more kinds of them are together used, the precipitation of the coupling components with the elapse of time can be suppressed. The diazo compd. is pref. microencapsulated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To correctly confirm service environments with the eye by laminating a magnetic recording layer, a heat sensitive recording layer and protective layer cured with ultraviolet rays on a supporter in that order. CONSTITUTION:This magnetic card is so constituted that a magnetic recording layer is placed on one surface of a supporter, a heat sensitive recording layer is placed thereon and a protective layer set by ultraviolet rays is placed thereon. The magnetic recording layer can be appropriately formed by a known method. Known substances can be employed as the color developing agent of the heat sensitive recording layer and the other materials. However, it is preferable that a specific application liquid is prepared so that the adhesion of the other materials to the magnetic recording layer is excellent and the cohesiveness of the heat sensitive recording material becomes powerful. As a binder, water soluble polyester is preferable. It is preferred that the ultraviolet curing protective layer be formed with solventless ultraviolet set resin.

This polymerizable leuco dye is synthesized by reacting a leuco dye having a hydroxyl or amino group having an active hydrogen atom with a compound having an active group such as acid halide having a vinyl group, ester, halide or isocyanate.

CONSTITUTION:A compound of general formula (I) is used as part of a color developer, in a thermal recording material in which a thermal recording layer comprising at least color formercontaining microcapsules and the color developer is provided on a support. In the formula, R is hydrogen, a halogen, alkoxyl, alkyl or phenyl, Ar is a substd. or unsubstd. aryl, and (n) is an integer of 2-10. The compound of general formula (I) can be obtained by heating a resorcylic acid and tosylate of the corresponding alcohol in the presence of a base. The base may be sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide or the like, and a reaction solvent may be acetone, dimethylformamide, dimethylacetamide or the like. The reaction is carried out at a temperature ranging from room temperature to 150 deg.C for a period of time of 1-20hr.
