摘要： PURPOSE: To attain the switching so that a new line is used for a control signal line thereby not causing a defect of data or the like in the private line switching method switching an old line into a new line when the new line is provided to the private line. CONSTITUTION: A new line 2 is formed in addition to an old line 1 between a master station to which a terminal equipment 7 connects and a slave station to which a terminal equipment 8 connects, a master station side switch 10 and a slave station side switch 11 are connected among a subscriber line terminal (a), an old line terminal (b) and a new line side terminal (c) on a terminal panel 3 of the master station side and a terminal panel 4 of the slave station side via a clip or the like, a control signal is sent from a control circuit 14 of a changeover controller 12 via the new line 2 and a control circuit 15 of the changeover controller 13 forms a loopback circuit to the new line 2 by the control signal to measure a transmission delay time of the new line 2 and controls the master station side switch 10 and the slave station side switch 11 based on the transmission delay time thereby attaining changeover without causing missing of data or the like.

摘要： PURPOSE:To charge a battery intermittently by providing a charging control means which prepares and delivers a stop instruction and a restarting instruction to stop and restart charging operation. CONSTITUTION:This charger is provided with an current detection circuit 220, a timer 231 and a charging control part 232, which are added to a charging circuit. The charging control part 232 starts the timer 231 according to detection results by the current detection circuit 220, and according to an indication from the timer 231, the charging control part 232 controls the operation of a charging means 102 consisting of a constant voltage circuit 213 and a constant current circuit 214. In the current detection circuit 220, the voltage drop by a resistor 221 is amplified by an amplifier 222, and the current of the amplifier I increases to deliver comparative results between the output of the amplifier 222 and the reference voltage Vf1 from a voltage generating part 223 to the charging control part 232 as the detection results. It is thus possible to prevent the battery from being left over-charged and maintain the battery in a roughly full charged condition.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify the mount of the handset holder to a case and to allow the holder to be freely removed from the case by mounting a fixing plate of the handset holder to a side face of the case while being in close contact thereto and suspending the handset to a turning plate freely movable on a front face of the case. CONSTITUTION:While a main body plate 31 is engaged with an engagement plate 50, since a V-shaped bent part 34 at the tip of a tail end tongue 33 is engaged with a window 55 of a case side plate 2A, even when a weight of a handset 10 is exerted to a turning plate 40, the handset holder 100 is not tilted in any of forward/rear/left/ right directions. Thus, a mount face of a hook 41 of the turning plate 40 is kept perpendicular at all times. That is, the possibility of the handset 10 fallen down from the hook 41 is precluded. On the other hand, the fixing plate 30 is engaged with and supported to the engagement plate 50 by inserting the main body plate 31 to a gap 51 provided to the case 2 from the upper part of the engagement plate 50. Furthermore, when the fixing plate 30 is lifted up, since the tail end tongue 33 has an elasticity, the engagement between the V-shaped bent 34 and the window 55 is simply released. That is, the handset holder 100 is attached/detached freely to/from the case 2.
