    • PURPOSE:To positively enable oil separation in a simple configuration, and thereby enhance oil separation efficiency by providing vane leaves for the outer circumference of an extension section provided beyond the support section of the upper bearing of a drive shaft, and thereby projecting a discharge pipe open section within a recessed section provided in the inner circumference of the rotating range of the shaft. CONSTITUTION:An extension section 30 extended beyond the support section of an upper bearing 6, is provided for the upper section of a drive shaft 3, The vane body 7 is provided, in which a certain number of vane leaves 71 is arranged in a radial direction along the outer circumference of the extension section 30, and the open section of a discharge pipe 9 is concurrently projected in the inside of a recessed section 8 provided in the inner circumferential section within the rotating range of the vane body 7. In the second place, discharge gas containing a part of discharge oil out of a compression element 2 flows out of the upper space of a motor 4 while passing through releasing posts 64 as a compressor is operated, and it is hit against the vane body 7 rotated together with the drive shaft 3 so as to be tuned, so that oil whose specific gravity is high in gas, is blown outside by means of centrifugal force so as to be recovered in an oil sump 52 out of a discharge port 65 through a corecut 43. On the other hand, gas containing no oil is drawn out of the recessed section 8 located in the inner circumferential side of the rotating range of the vane body 7 to the discharge pipe 9.

CONSTITUTION:A ring body 4, energized by a belleville spring 7, is arranged in a reverse surface of a movable scroll 2 to place its internal peripheral side appearing in a high pressure side action chamber 51 and peripheral side appearing in a low pressure side action chamber 52, and further an O ring 8 is put on the periphery of the ring body 4. At the time of generating an abnormal high pressure, a clearance is provided in a volute end face to escape the abnormal high pressure, and at the time of normal operation, pressing force of the belleville spring 7 and energizing force formed by the high pressure side action chamber 51 are applied to resist against deflecting force from an action chamber 3, to prevent unprepared displacement of the movable scroll 2 and suction heating by disconnecting a high pressure side from a low pressure side.

CONSTITUTION:A discharge hole 3 discharging a high-pressure discharge fluid is provided at the center section of the end plate 21 of a moving scroll 2. The discharge hole 3 is formed with an axial hole 31 extended downward in the axial direction and a diagonal hole 32 opening it in the diagonal horizontal direction at the protruded base section of a journal section 24. The discharge fluid discharged from the discharge hole 3 is once released to a crank storage chamber 45 and released to the lower space 6 of a housing 40 from the storage chamber 45. The discharge liquid is released downward, thus the interference between the discharge fluid and the oil separated from it can be prevented, the separated oil is prevented from flowing back into compression chambers A and B, and oil compression can be prevented.

CONSTITUTION:A compressing element P formed of a fixed and a movable scrolls 2, 3 and a motor 6 for driving the movable scroll 3 are vertically accommodated inside a casing 1. In this case, the compressing element P is accommodated inside a low pressure chamber 14 partitioned by plural partition bodies 12, 13. A low temperature fluid is sucked into the compressing element P from a suction pipe 17 opened to the low pressure chamber 14. The high pressure fluid compressed in a compressing element P is discharged into a first high pressure chamber 15 from the discharge opening 24 of a first protruding part 23. The suction pipe 17, the low pressure region of the fixed scroll 2, and the movable scroll 3 are thereby prevented from being overheated by the heat from the first and second high pressure chambers 15, 16.
