摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a crushing device which can be used in a wide load range or for crushing various types of carbonaceous materials without causing vibration by using each crushing roller of different material which constitutes a roller pivot, and a pivot box acting as a receptacle with engraved slide surface. CONSTITUTION:In a crushing device which crushes a raw material using crushing rollers 6, each crushing roller 6 uses a different material which constitutes a roller pivot 12 and a pivot box 11 acting as a receptacle with an engraved slide surface. For example, in comparison of a case that soft steel is used for a support axial member as a pivot box 11 with a case that a surface-hardened steel is used, the pivot 12 of surface-hardened steel gives a wider crushing roller precession, i.e., a wider amplitude. Thus, each crushing roller has a different pendulum behavior, if the different quality of a support axial member as the pivot 12 is used. Consequently, the crushing rollers are activated in the same phase, so that a self-synchronization phenomenon such as amplifying a self-excited vibration is prevented from occurring.

The amount of the recovered char is calculated from a change in an increased amount of the load cell 74 with time and the amount of the char fed to a gasifying chamber 65 is calculated from a change in a decreased amount of the load cell 94 with time. The number of revolutions of a feeder 100 is controlled so as to make the amount of the fed char coincide with the amount of the recovered char. Thereby, the amount of the oxidizing agent 103 fed to a burner 104 is controlled in proportion to the amount of the fed char through a control valve 115.

摘要： PURPOSE:To raise the combustion efficiency by the arrangement that most of the fuel supplied from a fuel supply section is supplied to the section above a secondary gas supply section. CONSTITUTION:A fuel supply port 14 is provided at a position above a secondary gas charging port to supply the fuel gently in a specified area near the furnace wall in order not to disturb the layer of turbulently flowing granules. For this object a plurality of charging ports are provided, and the flow rate of the gas transporting the granules is made as low as possible in order to reduce to zero the flow rate of the jet flows in the furnace. With this constitution the fuel and limestone fall to the bottom of the furnace and they are fluidized by primary gas and the fuel makes stable ignition and combustion. The fuel granules with smaller diameters produced by burning float up to the upper section of the fluidized bed and are accelerated by the secondary gas and fly up to the upper section of the furnace and burn. It is, therefore, possible to raise the combustion efficiency.
