Grooves 2b, 3b compatible with the shape of the lead section 54 a of the base isolation lead damper 54 are formed on the connection surfaces 2a, 3a of the foam styrol pieces 2, 3 respectively. When the foam styrol pieces 2, 3 are closed together from both sides of the lead section 54a of the base isolation lead damper 54 to connect the connection surfaces 2a, 3a, the lead section 54a of the base isolation lead damper 54 can be covered in the fixed state.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of corrosion protective surface treatment for a stainless steel, where the necessity of mechanical removal of oxide film is obviated and a remarkable improvement in corrosion-preventing property is made possible by sufficiently forming a passivating film at the surface of a stainless steel. SOLUTION: A stainless steel is polarized in a treatment solution containing sulfuric acid, and polarization of the stainless steel is stopped in the region of a potential baser than the transpassivating potential. As treatment solution, a 1-20 wt.% acqueous solution of sulfuric acid is used. As treatment solution, a treatment solution from which dissolved oxygen is removed is used. Further, within the potential region (passivity region) nobler than the passivating potential of the stainless steel and baser than the transpassivating potential, the polarization of the stainless steel is stopped in the potential region where a current value is materially lowered.

Thus treated object is adhered to another object this treated with an adhesive, or thus coated surface is further coated with a corrosion-resistant resin material.
