    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground drilling device capable of two functions of a percussion function and a vibration function without making device large and automatically switching over in accordance with the ground condition for drilling objects.
      SOLUTION: The bedrock drilling device is formed to be freely movable in the axial direction in a case 2 and provided with a hammer sub 3 having a large diameter part 12 at the middle, a hammering mechanism 8 hammering the rear end of the hammer sub, an elastic member 19 provided at the outer periphery of the hammer sub 3 at the forwarder side than the large diameter part 12, and an urging member 21 provided at the periphery of the hammer sub 3 protruding from the case 2 and brought at a position where the elastic member 19 can be compression-deformed by the large diameter part 12 by urging the hammer sub forward.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retractable bit capable of returning a bit to a widened state with ease after the diameter has been reduced to a contracted state and avoiding collision of mutual bits.
      SOLUTION: Two rotary regulation faces 12, 13 are formed in the outer periphery of a pit adapter 4 and a stepped part 14 is formed at the upper part of a rotary regulation face and an adapter guide 15 is provided in the body 1. In an adapter guide 15, rotary regulation faces 16, 17 during contraction in diameter, regulating the rotation of the bit adapter by the face contact with one rotary regulation face 12, 13 in a diameter contracted condition, and a rotary regulation face 18 during contraction in diameter, regulating the rotation of the bitadapter by the face contact with the rotary regulation face 12, are formed in a diameter contracted condition. One 16 of two rotary regulation faces during contraction in diameter, shows the axial length in which the face contact with the rotary bregulation face 12 of the bit adapter is releaved when the bit adapter 4 is in the projected position and the lower end face of the part 15a regulating one rotary regulation face 16 has a slant face 19 engageable with the stepped part 14.
