    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder which has a grain size smaller than that of metal powder by the conventional technique and also has high saturation magnetic flux density. SOLUTION: By adopting a liquid phase reduction method where a reducing liquid comprising a B-based reducing agent is dropt to a raw material liquid comprising an iron salt, a complexing agent, a dispersant, a pH adjustor and a P-based reducing agent, the amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder having a grain size smaller than that of the metal powder by the conventional technique and having high saturated magnetic flux density can be obtained. Further, by mixing the obtained amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder with a binder and subjecting the mixture to compression molding, a dust core for an inductor having a low loss in a frequency region higher than that in the dust core for an inductor by the conventional technique can be obtained.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor which improves layer-short between coil terminals and a withstand voltage between the coil terminal and casing by covering a periphery of a coil with an insulator of an optimum thickness.
      SOLUTION: A cap 5 is fitted to an end surface of a coil 2, and it is arranged on a molding die for integrally molding a coil part 2a and the cap 5. The coil part 2a is held and fixed in the molding die while pressing the coil part 2a through the cap 5 with force for pressing to a predetermined thickness. As the coil part 2a is being pressed, molding resin 6 is filled in the molding die and is cured to form a coil molding 7 in which the coil part 2a is covered with the molding resin 6 and cap 5. Then, the coil molding 7 is arranged in the casing 4, magnetic powder composite material made by mixing cast resin and soft magnetic powder is injected in the casing 4 and the magnetic powder composite material is cured to form the reactor 1 having a structure where the coil molding 7 is buried in the magnetic body 3 as shown in Fig.4.
