摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the line flicker of a color difference signal in both of a moving image and a still image. CONSTITUTION:A memory 26 stores a luminance signal and a memory 28 stores a point sequential color difference signal. Both the memories 26, 28 are respectively provided with one-frame storage capacity. The weighted means of a signal read out from the memory 28 and a current signal is found out by an adder 30 and a 1/2 divider 32 and written in the memory 28. A memory control circuit 52 generates an one-line preceding reading control signal 52a and an one-frame preceding reading control signal 52b to the memories 26, 28 in accordance with horizontal and vertical synchronizing signals. A selecting device 54 controls a switch 56 in accordance with the input of a moving image or a still image. At the time of inputting a moving image, signals before one line are read out from the memories 26, 28, and at the time of inputting a still image, signals before one frame are read out.

CONSTITUTION:A register 104 samples a horizontal synchronizing signal by a 4-multiple subcarrier frequency to generate a new horizontal synchronizing signal synchronously with the 4-multiple carrier frequency. A 1st counter 105 counts the new horizontal synchronizing signal to generate a line address. Furthermore, the count of a 2nd counter 107 is preset by the new horizontal synchronizing signal and the counter 107 counts the 4-multiple subcarrier frequency signal. A 1st decoder 106 decodes an output of the 1st counter 105 to generate line information and timing information in the direction of line. A 2nd decoder 108 decodes an output of the 2nd counter 107 to generate a selection signal for a multiplexer section 103.

摘要： PURPOSE:To directly generate a PAL system video signal from an NTSC system video camera independent of a large-scaled and expensive system conversion device. CONSTITUTION:A timing generation circuit 12 outputs respective signals S1, S3, VD, HD O/bar-E for a PAL or NTSC system by a system switch signal PAL/bar-NTSC which a control circuit 11 outputs. The control circuit 11 outputs a mask signal S4 based on the signals. A masking processing circuit 13 executes a mask processing (the blank part of the peripheral edge of a PAL screen is set to a black level) on the clock signals S1 and S3 by the mask signal S4, and they are read and clock signals S2 and S5 are outputted. Thus, the video signal of the PAL or NTSC system can directly be obtained from NTSC system- exclusive CCD 2.

摘要： PURPOSE:To multiplex auxiliary data by using 4-fold sub-carrier frequency and to transmit PAL video signals by resetting the deviation in sampling positions by offset by shifting a counter period for each specified period. CONSTITUTION:This device has a time base conversion memory 101, a synchronizing pattern generating section 102, a multiplexing section 103, a 1st counter section 104, a 2nd counter section 105, a 1st decoder 106, and a 2nd decoder 107. The deviation in the sampling positions by the offset is reset by changing the counter period for each specified period in order to transmit the PAL video signals by multiplexing the auxiliary data by using the 4-fold sub-carrier frequency. The quantity of the deviation is exactly 2 clocks in one field and is 1 clock in 1/2 field and, therefore, this quantity is integer times the horizontal synchronizing frequency in 1 field unit or 1/2 field unit and the deviation by the offset-component is eliminated. The auxiliary data is multiplexed and transmitted by the 4-fold sub-carrier frequency in this way.

In a readout operation, the time base other than the horizontal synchronizing signal and the color burst signal is inverted by receiving an address operation by an address counter 7. An inverted signal is analogized and outputted from a D/A converter 6. Thereby, a color can be accurately reproduced.
