摘要： PURPOSE:To place plural test pieces and to measure them simultaneously by installing a device for adding tensile force in the upper part of the outside of a reactor vessel. CONSTITUTION:A housing 101 is placed by passing through a shielding plug 102 for closing up the upper opening of a reactor vessel. In this housing 101, plural in-pile creep testing mechanism 103 are placed. In this state, when hydraulic pressure is supplied to a power cylinder 107 through pipings 112, 113 from a pressure generating device 111, tensile force is generated in the cylinder 107, and transferred to a test pipe 119 through a load cell 108, a connecting rod 109, a connecting pipe 110, a fork 114 and a rod 118. In such a way, the test piece 119 stretches in the axial direction, and its stretch is measured by a displacement between the rod 118 and a strain detector 115. Such a measurement is executed with regard to all of plural mechanisms 103 in the housing 101.

Further, movable columns are provided vertically on the elevation table 3 on both sides between the respective fixed columns 4, a lower cross head 6 is fixed and held in an elevation state on the four fixed columns 4 and an upper cross head 7 is fixed to the upper ends of the movable columns. Then when hydraulic pressure is applied to the hydraulic cylinder 16, a sample held by both jigs 10 and 11 is compressed and tested between the elevation table 3 and lower cross head 6, and the tension of a sample clamped by both chucks 12 and 13 is tested between both cross heads 6 and 7.

Moreover, the sliding rod 21 is provided with a pressure leading-in hole 35 for leading the pressure P in the pressure testing tank 22, to a space 34, and offsetting substantially the pressure in the pressure testing tank 22 for operating on the sliding rod 21.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve comparing efficiency up to 100% by obtainging exclusive OR between the outputs of two FFs as a phase comparing output while feeding back the outputs of the FFs to the input side of the other FF each other by a prescribed method. CONSTITUTION:Clocks phi1, phi2 which are inputs to be compared are inputted to respective FFs 1, 2 as clock inputs and the Q output of the FF1 and the Q output of the FF2 are respectively inputted as the D inputs of the FFs 2, 1. Respective outputs of the FFs 1, 2 are inputted to an exclusive OR circuit 3 and a phase comparing output is obtained from the circuit 3 as an exclusive OR result. In the operation order, the FF 2 is inverted from the initial state on the assumption that the FF 1 is in the initial state, and on the assumption that the FF 2 has been inverted, the FF 1 is also inverted. Thereby, the comparing efficiency can be improved up to 100%.
