摘要： PURPOSE:To improve anticorrosion and erosion resistance property when a thick plate member of a low cost is used by covering the whole surface of a casing and a stage for forming a flow passage with a film which includes Ni or Cr, and forming a specified film on a part of the above film. CONSTITUTION:In a sectional type multiple step feed water pump, a rotary shaft 4 which is provided with an impeller 1 for forming the flow passage of a multiple step pressure rising part, a stage 2 and a defuser 3 is journaled in a barrel 9 provided between a suction casing 7 and a discharge casing 8. In this case, the whole surfaces of the barrel 9 and the stage 2 for forming a flow passage are covered with a film which includes Ni or Cr, and a film which includes at least two components or more out of Ni, Cr, Co, Mo, Si, B, Al, Fe is formed on the Ni or Cr film in a part of the inner surface of the barrel 9 and the stage 4. It is thus possible to obtain anticorrosion and erosion resistance equal to those of alloy steel of a high cost by using a thick plate material whose working accuracy is high and cost is low.

摘要： PURPOSE:To optimize a fluid supply amount of a working fluid supply pump by mounting a cam on the output shaft of a pressure-machine converter of an external combustion type heat engine while a tappet of a supply pump consisting of a reciprocating pump slidably contacts the cam by the elastic force of a spring. CONSTITUTION:A pressure-machine converter 3 is constituted from a reciprocating engine provided with a cylinder 33, a piston 34, a connecting rod 36, a crank 35 and an output shaft 31. On the other hand, a supply pump 1 consisting of a reciprocating pump for supplying working fluid to a boiler 2 is provided to have the longitudinal axis of a cylinder 11 intersecting orthogonally the longitudinal axis of the cylinder 33 of said converter 3. And an end of a tappet 15 connected to a piston 12 of the supply pump 1 slidably contacts a cam 70 mounted on the output shaft 31 of said converter 3 with the elastic force of a spring 16. By such constitution can be set an amount of working fluid supply of the supply pump to the optimum condition only by changing the size and profile of the cam 70.

摘要： PURPOSE: To dispense with a rotational frequency detector and a control circuit and prevent the idling of a circulating pump of a vertical shaft boiler simply and economically by permitting an annular member provided on an end of a rotary shaft to engage removably a shaft of an electromagnet incorporated in a bottom lid.
CONSTITUTION: In the prevention of a circulating pump of a vertical shaft boiler from idling, current is cupplied to an electromagnet 73 incorporated in a bottom lid. A shaft 71 of the electromagnet 73 slides upward against a spring 72 so that an end 71a of the shaft 71 enters a hole 61a of an annular member 61 mounted on an end 24a of a rotary shaft in the opposite side to an impeller of the circulating pump to prevent wind mill caused by water flow of the circulating pump. When current supply to the electromagnet 73 is stopped, the shaft 71 slides downward due to the spring 72 and disengaged from the circulating pump.
