    • PURPOSE: To provide a construction of firm binding, by the application of pin material engaged into an axis hole of the both halves and process of brazing to each end face placed face to face, in case of the construction where the crankpin is separated into the both halves extending in one unit from the crankweb at its both outsides.
      CONSTITUTION: The constitution of a crankpin 1 is made in a manner with a separation into both halves 3 mutually extending inward from each crankweb 2. Here in the above described both halves 3, in each end face is formed an axis hole 4 with a pin material 5 engaged into said hole 4 to make a connection to each other, simultaneously with each end face placed face to face to make the connection to each other by processing a brazing with each other with a brazing material 6. This method is also applied for a journal part 7, being composed of similarly right-left both halves 8, in the same manner as the described in the above. That is, a pin material 10 is engaged into an axis hole 9 in each face, as well as with a brazing processed to each end face by a brazing material 11 to make a one unit binding of the both halves 8. In such method, a construction of firm bindig between the both halves can be simply and correctly provided.
