The rear head 60 is fixed to a second cylinder 221 by a second bolt 82 passing through at least the rear head 60. Thus, by separating the first bolt 81 fixing the rear muffler 240 to the rear head 60 and the second bolt 82 fixing the rear head 60 to the second cylinder 221, creep of the rear muffler 240 caused by bolt fastening is suppressed, and thereby bolt loosening caused by creep of the rear muffler 240 can be prevented.

The inverter cover 2B composing the inverter device is integrated with a resin sheet 19. Accordingly, even if the vibration and noise generated as a result of the actuation of the electric compressor mechanism are propagated to the inverter cover 2B via an inverter case 2A, the resin sheet bonded to the inverter cover can suppress the vibration of the inverter cover 2B, thus preventing noise from being produced from the inverter device integrated electric compressor.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor that is easy in processing and can stably reduce noise for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A muffler chamber 27 of the scroll compressor 10 is formed so that an upper face 26 is opened at an end plate 21 of a fixed scroll 20, and communicates with a discharge port 23 which discharges a compressed refrigerant to a high pressure chamber 50 arranged at the upper part of the fixed scroll 20. The muffler chamber is closed by a discharge valve 25 which blocks the discharge of the compressed refrigerant to the high pressure chamber 50. Since the muffler chamber 27 has such a shape that the discharge valve 25 is pushed up and its upper part is opened when the compressed refrigerant is discharged to the high pressure chamber 50, the processing becomes easy and lubricating oil mixed into the refrigerant is hardly pooled in the muffler chamber 27. Furthermore, the muffler chamber 27 is set to a size which can attenuate a pre-specified frequency range out of vibrations of pressure pulsation which are generated in the discharge port 23 and a compression chamber 60.
