SOLUTION: An adhesive material 2 is attached around the outer surface of the roller part 1 of this cleaning roller, so that the outer surrounding surface of the roller part 1 has adhesion. One end of a support part 3 is inserted into the roller part 1 to pivotally support the roller part 1 rotatably, and a handle 4 is attached to the other end of the support part 3. A discharge material 6 conducting electricity to an earth 5 is mounted around the roller part 1 to cover a part of the roller part 1, so that electricity is easily discharged between the surface of the roller part 1 and the discharge material 6, while electricity is hardly discharged between the roller part 1 and an object to be cleaned.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a vacuum cleaner function to a shredder device and to enable switching the discharge and non-discharge of shredder chips to a dust box, linked with attachment/detachment of the dust box. A shuttering mechanism 6 consists of a shuttering wire 61 and a coil spring 62 and opens a shutter 51 of a dust case 5 linked with the housing of a dust box 3 in a casing 1 so that the shredder chips sucked by the vacuum cleaner unit 4 through a suction hose 7 is discharged to the dust box 3 through the dust case 5. Further, the shuttering mechanism 6 closes the shutter 51 of the dust case 5 linked with the taking out of the dust box 3 from the inside of the casing 1 so that the shredder chips is accumulated in the dust case 5.

Next, a crushing cutter 21 detachably equipped on a crushing cutter holder 26 on the lower end of an elevating and rotatable shaft 22 is rotated to crush the matter 51. The crushed matter 51 is, after that, sucked by action of a suction blower 34 to recover the crushed matter into a bag 32 for recovery.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of the laceration in a fluoroplastic layer and to certainly remove the contaminant of the fine recessed parts of the fluoroplastic layer by coating the surface of a membrane structural material with a soln. containing a film forming substance mixed with fibers and drying the layer of the coating soln. to form a film and peeling this film. SOLUTION: The surface of a membrane structural material is coated with a soln. containing a film forming substance such as water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol or water dispersible methyl acrylate mixed with synthetic fibers such as viscose or acetate fibers or glass fibers and, after coating, the coating material is dried not only to evaporate a solvent but also to take in the contaminant bonded to the surface of the membrane structural material by the film forming substance to form a film. Next, the formed film is peeled. By this constitution, since the soln. containing the film forming substance certainly flows in the fine recessed parts of the surface of the membrane structural material, the contaminant of the fine recessed parts can be also removed at the same time.
