    • PURPOSE:To enable to control an excess air ratio almost at a fixed level by adjusting a quantity of combustion, by arranging a variable dynamic pressure damper adjusting a secondary air passage resistance automatically by moving in a tilting state through a flow speed of secondary air, that is, its dynamic pressure within a secondary air passage. CONSTITUTION:As blast pressure becomes high relatively when correction control of a primary excess air ratio PA% is made so that it becomes constant, the lower a combustion region becomes, the larger an excess air ratio (m) becomes suddenly further. When a variable dynamic pressure damper 15, therefore, and a stationary secondary air throttle plate 16 are arranged in the vicinity of a secondary air passage 7, the variable dynamic pressure damper 15 is tilted greatly through dynamic pressure of a secondary air flow when a quantity of combustion is large and an inclination becomes small according as the quantity of combustion becomes small. In other wards, it becomes that a cross-sectional area of the secondary air passage can be varied from a big area to a small area, that is, a secondary air passage resistance can be varied from small resistance to a large resistance automatically. Then the excess air ratio (m) can be controlled almost at a fixed level even if the quantity of combustion is adjusted.

    • PURPOSE:To be able to control an excess air ratio (m) at about a fixed level even if a quantity of combustion is adjusted, by arranging a primary and secondary excess air ratio correcting dampers which have been so constituted that displacements of a pressure pistons operating according to the variation of the quantity of combustion interlock through a link mechanism with each other. CONSTITUTION:As for a preventive device of a phenomenon when the more a combustion region becomes low the lower a primary excess air ratio becomes, an offset value S is kept bestowed to an electric control part 12 of a differential pressure sensor 11 so as to give an expression of PA=PG+S and a gas quantity adjusting device 2 such as a proportional control valve of pressure is controlled by an electric control part 12 so that the output of the differential pressure sensor 11 becomes zero alway further even if the quantity of combustion is adjusted. When the titled device is constituted like this, primary air quantity is increased as a proportional ratio PA/PG between the PA and the PG becomes larger than 1 according as the combustion region becomes lower side, and then the titled controller can be controlled within a circular region from the maximum combustion to the minimum combustion so that a primary excess air ratio PA% becomes almost constant. On the other hand, when the correction control of the titled controller is made so that the primary excess air ratio PA% becomes constant like this, as blast pressure PA of a blower 4 becomes high relatively, the lower the combustion region becomes, the larger the excess air ratio (m) increases suddenly further.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the NOX concentration less than the designed value without deteriorating the burning safety by a method wherein the reducing limit of an air quantity is controlled to be not less than the lower limit value of the O2 concentration when an exhaust NOX concentration is reduced by adjusting a burning air quantity. CONSTITUTION:An NOX constant control device 3, an O2 constant control device 6 and an O2 constant control device 8 are controllers for outputting operational signals to control so that the deviation between an NOX concentration setting value 1, a normal O2 concentration setting valve 4, a lower limit O2 concentration setting value 7 and an NOX determined value 2, an O2 determined value 5 are made to be zero. The output operational signals from the NOX constant control device 3 and the O2 constant control device 6 are made to be selected and outputted the lower value of a burning air quantity by a lower signal selector 9. Further, the output is inputted to a higher signal selector 10 together with the output operational signal of the O2 constant control device 8. Thereupon, a higher value is selected in the same manner, finally, a burning air quantity operational signal 11 is outputted, thus, the actual air quantity control is performed.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a trouble that may be caused by a delay or a failure of ignition, by igniting a burner with a small rate of air without using any air supplier such as a damper. CONSTITUTION:A timer 3 is started at the same time when a fan 2 is operated. The number of revolution of a fan 2 is increased to come up to the rated number, and a prepurging operation is performed by the fan 2 before a burner is ignited. After sufficient prepurging, the contact point 4 of a timer is opened, and the number of revolution is decreased. At this time, the contact point 5 of a timer is closed and an ignition transformer 6 is energized. Then the contact point 7 of a timer is closed to energize a fuel valve 8 which injects fuel to the burner. An ignition detecting cell 9 detects ignition and a flame detecting relay 10 is energized, the contact point 11 is closed and the number of revolution of a fan is increased again to come up to the rated number, so that the flow rate of air is increased to move the burner to complete combustion. With such an arrangement, a trouble caused by a delay or a failure of ignition can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the percentage of excess air set, and to minimize power consumption applied to a blower by making the relationship of the flow rate of air and the opening of a damper in a combustion apparatus to the controlled constant by controlling the number of revolution of a fan for the blower. CONSTITUTION:The flow rate of fuel and the flow rate of air to be fed to a combustion apparatus such as a boiler varying in response to load are controlled on the basis of data previously set. That is, aimed differential pressure corresponding to the openings of each damper 5 is set, the number of revolution of a fan for a blower is controlled so as to coincide with the aimed differential pressure, and the relationship of the flow rate of air and the openings of the dampers previously set is kept. Consequently, safety operation is enabled under the setting of the lower aimed percentage of excess air, and fuel used is reduced. Accordingly, since the flow rate of air is controlled by the openings of the dampers and the number of revolution of the fan, working power applied to the blower can be curtailed largely even in the combustion apparatus, capacity thereof is made excessive particularly to load, or the range of load fluctuation thereof is large.
