    • PURPOSE:To absorb strains and enable to maintain a sealing condition for a long period of time, by incorporating chops of glass fibers into a hard sealing material to thereby enhance a cushioning property and stretchability of the sealing material. CONSTITUTION:After an elastic sealing material 16 is solidified, a hard sealing material 17 comprising of an epoxy resin and a polyamide containing 30-50% (based on the total weight) of chops of glass fibers is applied onto the sealing material 16, for example in a thickness of 7-15mm.. The hard sealing material 17 has a cushioning property and stretchability in addition to a sufficient strength, and even if a side wall 3 of the holder is strained by wind pressures, vibrations or the like, the material 17 can absorb the strains and can maintain the sealing condition for a long period of time.
