摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct switching to either of forward or reverse direction with a single tool and prevent speed from dropping even when torque increases, in a pneumatic tool containing a reverse direction selection valve with an overdrive mechanism. SOLUTION: This pneumatic tool 10 is provided with a housing 9, a rotor 50 fitted in the housing 9 so as to be rotatable, an output shaft functionally- jointed to the rotor 50, and pressure chambers 19A, 19B, (19C) regulated between the housing 9 and the rotor 50. The pneumatic tool 10 is formed so that a pressurized air flow going to a motor which involves a plurality of chambers may be controlled, so as to keep the rotational direction of the motor in a reverse direction by turning a reverse direction selection valve 20 to select a prescribed position, and to be capable of selecting the number of the pressure chambers which receive the pressurized air.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and facilitate a change in a pressure medium distribution setting for the device in the caption, by having the pressure medium distribution device composed of a casing, a base, a rotor, and a rotor pressure. CONSTITUTION:Both of a pair of transmission holes 42a, 42b through a rotor 33 move on a plural number of grooves 39a-39c on a base 32, and therefore one rotation of the rotor 33 allows both of transmission holes 42a, 42b to be connected to the grooves 39a-39c circumferencially, in turn. Further, a pair of connecting holes 44, 45 in a rotor presser 34 are connected to a supply port 46 and a discharge port 47, respectively, on one side, and to a pair of transmission holes 42a, 42b via depression 43a, 43b, on the other side. Accordingly, either of a pair of the transmission holes 42a, 42b will be passage for the supply of a pressure medium, while the other will be a passage for its discharge. Therefore, one rotation of the rotor 33 allows the pressure medium to be supplied to each of the grooves 39a-39c on the base 32 via either one of both transmission holes 42a, 42b for its successive supply to pressure medium supply/discharge holes 38a-38c, in turn, and to be discharged simultaneously through the other in turn.

摘要： PURPOSE:To ensure good lubrication and improve durability, by providing a direct oil supply port on a leading side of a communication passage for communi cating operation chambers and preventing the generation of unburnt components, on an inner peripheral surface of a rotor housing. CONSTITUTION:A direct oil supply port 10 opens to an inner peripheral surface 2a of a rotor housing, and supplies a lubricating oil metered by a metering pump P. The direct oil supply port 10 is provided at a position corresponding to a trailing end of a compressive operation chamber 5 under the attitude ofa rotor 4 where a sucction port 8 is closed, and an exhaust port is opened, so that a compression pressure and an exhaust pressure of the operation chamber 5 may not be received. A communication passage 30 is provided to communicate the compressive operation chamber 5 with a succeeding exhaust operation chamber 5 so as to precedingly emit a part of an exhaust gas. Thus, it is possible to ensure good lubrication between the inner peripheral surface 2a of the rotor housing and an apex seal 6.
