摘要： PURPOSE:To permit the construction of concrete piles having high bearing capacity by a method in which an existing tip pile is attached to the tip of a casing and penetrated into the ground, and while placing concrete into the pit, the casing is drawn out. CONSTITUTION:A tip pile 2 is attached through a clutch mechanism 4 to the tip of a casing 1, a reinforcing bar cage 5 is fixed to the inside of the casing. An opening or closing bit 6 in which arms 6a are foldable by pins 6b is attached along the periphery of the pile 2 to the casing 1. The lower end of a rod 7 is connected to the tip pile 2 and penetrated into the ground. The clutch mechanism 4 is removed, and concrete is placed by leaving the pit 2 behind, during which period the casing and the rod are drawn out. The concrete pile fixed to the bearing ground, having high bearing forces, can thus be constructed.

The soil excavated by the cutter bit 4 can be consolidated to the pit wall only by the tip of the casing, and the excavation can be effectively made by reducing the frictional resistance during the excavation.

When the pin 12 is permitted to slide into the horizontal groove 32 of any step, then the position at the tip of the casing 1 is moved upward or downward. When boring through hard ground is started, then the tip of the casing 1 is made to be aligned with the tip of the auger 2. As a result, according to the state of bored sediment, positional relation between the casing 1 and the auger 2 is set in an optimum state, under which the work can be executed.

The rotary device 2 is turned to rotate the bar 12, the turntable 14, and the bar 8, whereupon the rotating force and vertical load of a weight 6 act on a cutter 5c to crush the rockbed.

CONSTITUTION:An earth auger 1 is operated, and a casing 20 and a screw 22 are turned and penetrated into the ground for excavation. The auger 1 is separated from the casing 20, and cement milk in a given amount is injected into a pile 30 by leaving the casing 20 under the ground. A custom-made pile 31 is then buried rotationally in the casing 20, and the casing 20 is pulled up and integrated again with the auger 1. Since the pile 31 is penetrated while leaving the casing 20 under the ground, the degradation of the inner wall of the pile pit can be prevented, and the pile can be erected into every ground.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the degradation of the wall of an excavated pit by a method in which the ground is excavated by a bit of expanded diameter within a steel tubular pile, the diameter of the bit is contracted, and an anchor pile is forcibly penetrated into the excavated pit. CONSTITUTION:A steel tubular pile 1 is driven at a given inclined angle to a rockbed B into a deposit layer A, and an excavator 10 is inserted into the pile 1. A pit 13 of expanded diameter is penetrated through the layer A and the rockbed B and excavation is made to a given depth. The diameter of the bit 13 is contracted, a jack is also contracted, and an anchor pile 4 is penetrated into the excavated pit D. While the diameter of the bit 13 is contracted, excavation is made, and the pile 4 is repeatedly penetrated until the degradation of the pit D is stopped. The diameter of the bit 13 is then expanded, and while repeating the execution of excavation and the penetration of the pile 4, the pile 4 is forcibly penetrated to a given depth. After the excavator 10 is removed, cement mortar C is packed into the space between the pile 4, the rockbed B, and the pile 1 and also into the inside of the pile 1.
