摘要： PURPOSE:To allow a stripelike or stringlike anti-slip material to easily, effectively and efficiently adhere to the whole surface of a molded body, to prevent the end from peeling or separating during its use, and to improve anti-slip effect and finishing external appearance by allowing the material to adhere to a predetermined position slightly with a margin from the end line of the surface of the body, then forming an oblique face from the body toward the end line at the margin, and removing it by cutting. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic synthetic resin anti-slip material 2 is formed in length with margins 2a at both ends of a deckboard on the upper face of the deckboard of a polyethylene pallet body 1, and press-bonded on the surface by heat melting. Thereafter, the pallet is secured to a cutting unit, and cut at a predetermined angle by a cutter 4 to form an anti-slip section 2 having an end oblique face 2b. Thus, the anti-slip material is easily provided over the whole surface length of a predetermined part of the molded body with good finishing external appearance.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce a molding reinforced with boss parts with a series of operations by introducing a semi-metallic material onto a heat insulating fiber material which reinforces and presses the boss part and pressing said material thereto by a middle die having hollow holes then transferring the same and subjecting the molding to regular pressing, receiving such molding in an inserting and receiving tray and rolling over the same. CONSTITUTION:The heat insulating fiber material BM introduced into the middle die 12 with the hollow holes 13 for forming the bosses of a master die 15 of a packing and temporally pressing station A is reinforced in the boss parts BS by rammers 27 and is uniformly and temporally pressed.The semi-metallic material SM is introduced thereon and is temporally pressed after leveling. The master die 15 and the middle die 12 are transferred by a cylinder 28. The materials are regular-pressed by the press ram 21 of a pressing and die opening station Z, by which the molding is obtd. The die 15 is raised by ejectors 16, by which the molding is also raised. The molding is moved by the cylinder 28 and is received into the receiving tray 49 by the operation of a ram 21. The molding coated with a cover plate 46 is imposed on a ejection conveyor with the boss parts faced upward by the rolling-over of the tray 49 and is thereby ejected. The brake pad reinforced with the boss parts is manufactured and conveyed without injuries by a series of the operations.
