摘要： PURPOSE:To easily manufacture the surface decorative concrete molded piece at a low cost by installing a decorative aggregate mounting sheet, which is formed by mounting the decorative aggregate on a support body coated with a binder, on an inner face of a concrete centrifugal molding formwork, pouring a concrete by rotating it, and fixing the decorative aggregate. CONSTITUTION:A flexible support body 3 is coated with a binder 2 and the decorative aggregate 1 such as natural stones and ceramic is partially embedded therein. The decorative aggregate mounting sheet 4 is attached to an outside formwork 5 of a centrifugal molding machine in such a manner that the aggregate mounting face of the sheet is arranged inside and the support body is in contact with the formwork. A concrete 7 is poured on the decorative aggregate layer for performing centrifugal molding. Then, the concrete is cured and the decorative aggregate 1 exposed from the binder layer 2 is firmly fixed in the concrete 7. Thereafter, the formwork 5 is removed and the support sheet is peeled from the decorative aggregate 1. As a result, the strength of the concrete is heightened by centrifugal force and the decorative aggregate having a particle diameter of 2-3mm which is difficult in a washing method can be exposed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To release a mold by forming a large number of ventilating holes of 300mum or less to the inner surface of the mold and applying air pressure on a coating hydraulic inorganic material through the ventilating holes from the inside of the mold. The mold is released without attaching slurry onto the surface of the mold by mold-release force 500g. An effect is improved by using a release material. An organic fatty acid, a nonionic group activator, soybean oil, illuminating kerosine, etc., or thir various mixed products are employed as a release agent. Even the ventilating holes are impregnated with the release agent, and blown off together with air when air pressure is applied, thus facilitating mold release.
