    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of accurately coating an optional-shaped irradiated object with irradiation light. SOLUTION: A lighting control device 1 is provided with an irradiation light generating unit 11 that inputs an irradiation signal, coating correction means 12, 13 that correct the irradiation signal to make an irradiated object 20 coated with the irradiation light, and an irradiation light projecting unit 2 that carries out projection by using the irradiation signal subjected to the correction processing. Irradiation light includes the coating light that coats the irradiated object 20 and background light that becomes a background of the irradiated object 20. The lighting control device 1 is provided with a first coating correction unit 12 that corrects the irradiation signal so as to cut the contour of the coating light in accordance with the shape of the irradiated object 20 and a second coating correction unit 13 that corrects the contour of the coating light in accordance with a relationship between the origin position of the of the irradiated object 20 and a position of the irradiation light projection unit 2.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use light emitted by an LED during photographing, by increasing the light transmittance of the window of an illuminating device for photographing an image and by forming the window so as to have a light condensing structure. SOLUTION: The illuminating device for photographing an image includes: a light source whose light emitting diode chip is sealed in a resin containing a fluorescent substance; and the window disposed in front of the light source. In the illuminating device, control is conducted such that a standby current is caused to flow in the light emitting diode during a standby period for photographing an image and thereby the color of the resin containing the fluorescent substance cannot be seen from outside. In addition, the current value of the standby current is controlled according to a signal indicating the brightness of outside light detected by an outside light sensor and thus power consumption is reduced.
