    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, in a production method of a carbon material composite particle by combining the carbon material on the surface of the particle, a composite inorganic particle where the carbon material is more homogeneously combined, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A stirring apparatus has a cylindrical case body for storing materials to be flowed and a stirring means at the lower part of the body. The stirring means comprises at least an upflow stirring blade to make the materials stored in the body to flow upward by rotation, and a shearing stirring blade to shear the materials stored in the body by rotation. The method for producing the particle by using the apparatus is provided. Wherein, the following are involved: a mixing process for preparing a paste-like product by filling a dispersion including the carbon material and a solvent, and inorganic particles into the case body of the apparatus, subsequently stirring them by the stirring means; and a stirring drying process of drying the prepared paste-like product by evaporating the solvent under stirring.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a sintered magnet which fixes a filling container and the lid of the filling container when orienting alloy powder in the filling container using a magnetic field.
