    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a throughput by the interaction of two fluids without enlarging a flow path structure and to promote the interaction between the fluids even after the confluence of the two fluids.SOLUTION: The flow path structure includes a plurality of flow paths 2. Each circulating flow path 2 includes: a joined fluid passage 28 in which a first fluid and a second fluid which are joined at the confluence part 26 of the flow path 2; a split flow part 30 which is constituted of a part communicated by a second hole part 18 in a first groove part 10 formed on the surface 4a of a substrate 4, and of a third groove part 14 formed on the back 4b of the substrate 4, and splits fluid flowing through the joined fluid passage 28 into two in the thickness direction of the substrate 4, a first bypass channel 32 in which one fluid split by the split part 30; and a second bypass channel 34 in which the other fluid split by the split part 30. The equivalent diameters of both bypass channels 32 and 34 in each flow path 2 are smaller than the equivalent diameter of the joined fluid passage 28 in the flow path 2.
