    • PURPOSE:To recover excess deodorizing liquid with high efficiency and to permit to discharge clean air alone to the inside of a room by providing an air hole on a separating wall constructed between a deodorizing liquid recovering section and a space housing a fan for discharging clean air to the inside of a room. CONSTITUTION:A deodorizing liquid 4 is atomized by an atomizing device 7, and at the same time, indoor contaminated air is deodorized in a deodorizing section 11 by mixing the atomized deodorizing liquid with the indoor contaminated air. The deodorized clean air is discharged to a room by a fan 3 provided to the downstream side of the deodorizing section 11. The deodorizing liquid fed to the deodorizing section 11 is recovered by a deodorizing liquid recovering section 17. An air hole 22 is formed on a separating wall 21 constructed between the deodorizing liquid recovering section 17 and a space for housing the fan 3. As the result, excess deodorizing liquid in the deodorizing section is recovered with high efficiency, and clean air alone is discharged to the inside of a room.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify an operating condition of a room temperature adjusting machine by a method wherein an accumulated operating time at a reference set temperature and another accumulated operating time at each of varied and set temperature are collected and recorded in reference to an output from a clock device, it is statistically processed every time when a predetermined time is passed in reference to the recorded data, and then the reference set temperature is rewritten. CONSTITUTION:A central controlling device 27 may collect an accumulated operation time at a reference set temperature with 10 minutes being applied as one unit and an accumulated operating time at each of varied set temperatures modified by a remote inputting device 29 every day for 14 days, a temperature indicating maximum value of histogram got from accumulated data at 0A.M. of the fifteenth day is set as a new reference set temperature and then a content of a memory device 25 is rewritten into this temperature value. In this case, data is weighted for processing a statistic operation and old data, i.e. data of previous time from a present time is less weighted. Due to this fact, the written reference set temperature becomes near value where the most comfortable room temperature can be realized in addition to the surrounding air temperature at that season, resulting in that the number of operations for correcting the reference set temperature is reduced and thus a simplicity in use of the device can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To surely ignite the kitchen refuse and reduce the power consumption by providing a first heating means which heats and dries the kitchen refuse and a second heating means which locally heats the kitchen refuse and ignite the same after a predetermined time is past. CONSTITUTION:Immediately after the kitchen refuse 6 is thrown into the incinerating chamber 2, a first electric heater 5 is energized to heat the entire can 1, and, at the same time, a fan 16 is started to operate the air feed and exhaust system. The kitchen refuse 6 is heated and dried by the radiation heat from the inner surface of the can 1 when it is heated. When most of the moisture is lost and the drying is nearly complete, the sensor signal from a sensing means 17 or 18 causes a second electric heater 11 to be energized. When the second electric heater 11 is energized, heat is efficiently concentrated to a localized spot of the dried kitchen refuse 6, and a fire is instantly started. Once the ignition takes place, the electric supply to the first electric heater 5 is stopped. By starting fire efficiently this way, the power consumption is reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten a duct and make construction work simple by a method wherein the circumference of a sunroom is composed of a heat storing layer and the interior of a room and the sunroom are connected by the duct. CONSTITUTION:The circumference of a sunroom 23 in the inside of a roof 21 is composed of a heat storing layer 24. On the surface of the layer 24 a selective absorption surface 31 is plastered. The circumferential wall except a natural lighting part 22 of the sunroom 23 is surrounded by an insulating layer 25. The surface 31 is warmed by the sunlight entering from the lighting window 22 and the air in the sunroom 23 is warmed and also heat is stored in the layer 23. When a room is required to be warm, a damper 31 is switched over to a duct 29 side and air blasting is carried out by a fan 28. By this constitution, when the sunlight is converted into heat and stored, heat loss is reduced because heat does not pass through a duct and also construction is made simple as the sunroom is included as one body in the inside part of the roof.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to effectively utilize midnight power and to freely carry out additional firing of bath water by heating a hot water storage tank, using a heat pump and freely carrying out additional burning of bath water. CONSTITUTION:In a time zone such as midnight or the like, respective three-way valves 16, 18, 20 and 22 are changed over to put an electrically driven compressor 17 into a moving condition. When an operating gas of a high temperature compressed by the electrically driven compressor 17 flows through a heat exchanger 13, a heat exchange is performed between the operating gas and hot water within the hot water storage tank 11, and hot water is heated. Therefore, a heat pump for heating hot water within the hot water storage tank 11 using external air as a heat source is formed, and hot water of a high temperature is stored within the hot water storage tank 11. In a case where the temperature of hot water within a bathtub 26 is lowered when respective three-way valves 16, 18, 20 and 22 are changed over, a heat exchanger 13 acts as an evaporator and a heat exchanger 19 as a condenser, and a heat pump, which transmits heat stored in hot water within the hot water storage tank 11 to hot water within a bathtub 26, is formed and additional firing is performed in a short period of time.
