摘要： PURPOSE:To form a high strength metal sheet into a tube having high out-of- roundness by providing a metal sheet with a pre-deformation in the width direction using a small roll and forming the tube by utilizing a residual curvature in the width direction at a position having no curvature in the longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:A pre-deformation device 1 is installed at the downstream side of an uncoiler 5; a small diameter bending roll 1a and a polyurethane lining roll 1b perform a plastic bending work in the width direction on a surface of a metal sheet 2 being the inner surface of a tube to give the sheet 2 pre- deformation. The sheet 2 is formed into tube by side rolls 3 and feed rolls 4 by utilizing a residual curvature in the width direction caused by the above plastic bending at the position where the distance from the roll 1a is about >=30 times the finished tube diameter and further a curvature in the longitudinal direction goes to zero, and is welded with a welding torch 6. Therefore, a tube with the high out-of-roundness is formed of even a high strength metal sheet or a material before annealing.
