CONSTITUTION:Temperature control sensors 5 are installed on three temperature control sections, first to third, through the given value on an injection cylinder 1 of an injection molding machine I. The temperature deviation T judged based on the sensed temperature from the temperature sensor 5 of the second temperature control section and a signal from a program controller 3 is computed by an arithmetic and logic unit ALU11, written in a memory 13, and further the deviation rate ( T) is computed by the ALU11. Sensed or computed temperature deviation T of the temperature control section, the deviation rate ( T) and interference section temperature deviation t are read into an MPU 9 together with the membership function and rule, and the output value to a second heater H2 is computed based on the fuzzy theory, and an output signal is issued from MPU 9 to the second heater H2 to make the temperature of the second control section close to the target temperature T02 quickly in compliance with the state of the injection molding machine.

    • PURPOSE:To efficiently generate a sequence program by using a matrix table composed of rows corresponding to control conditions which are to be changed as the time elapses and columns corresponding to control elements. CONSTITUTION:A timing chart TC is produced by displaying a blank matrix table A composed of rows C1, C2... corresponding to control conditions to be changed as the time elapses and columns corresponding to control elements on, for example, a prescribed display and writing the control condition M1, M2... of each control element in each row C1, C2... of the table. Then an aimed sequence program is generated by converting the timing chart TC into a program by performing prescribed operations, such as translation, etc. As a result, the entire program can be easily recognized and wrong setting can be easily prevented and checked, because the program can be displayed at once on the screen of a monitor. Therefore, the program can be generated efficiently. In addition, a general purpose personal computer, etc., can be utilized as a developing device.

    • PURPOSE:To rapidly bring an injection molding machine close to a target temperature and eliminate the overshoot and undershoot phenomena by a method wherein the conditions of the injection molding machine and the temperature of a temperature control part are detected, a temperature deviation between the detected temperature and a target temperature and current and previous temperature deviation change rates are computed, a fuzzy inference is effected based on each membership function and the output value of heating and/or cooling means is computed. CONSTITUTION:The current conditions in which an injection molding machine I is placed and a signal from a temperature detecting sensor 5 of an injection cylinder 1 are sent into MPU 9, a temperature deviation between a target temperature and the detected temperature is computed by an arithmetic and logical unit(ALU) 11 and stored in a memory 13. Also, it computes the deviation change rate between the current and previous temperature in the memory 13. The conditions of the injection cylinder 1, the temperature deviation and the temperature deviation change rate become input values when the membership function and rule stored in the memory 13 are read in MPU 9 to effect fuzzy inference. Based on the fuzzy inference, the output value of a heater 7 is computed by ALU 11 and its result is sent from MPU 9 to the heater 7 as an output signal.
