    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a heat axially toward a body of a heating cylinder by inclining an entirety or a part of a mirror surface directed toward a cylinder by reflecting a heat ray from a heater to be formed at a heat insulation cover to an axis of a screw. Heat rays 27 radiated from the heaters 12 are reflected on a mirror surface 25 to concentrate the heat between the heaters 14 to directly radiate the rays to the cylinder 12, thereby eliminating a fear of heating or overheating of the heaters 14 themselves. To this end, the surface 5 is formed concave to substantially concentrate incident light rays substantially to one point.     • PURPOSE:To economize consuming power remarkably by a method wherein the flow of a proportional flow control valve is prescribed by a flow monitor to prescribe the number of rotation of an oil motor and the pump pressure is prescribed to the maximum pressure of the motor output of a variable discharge pump. CONSTITUTION:In an injection device using a power matching system to rotate a screw driving oil motor 1 by the pressure oil from a variable discharge pump 3 supplied through a proportional flow control valve 2, the flow of the proportional flow control valve 2 is prescribed by a flow monitor 6 for the number of rotation of the oil motor 1 and the maximum pressure of the variable discharge pump 3 is prescribed to the maximum pressure that can be allowed by the motor output of the variable discharge pump 3. The power of the pump motor can be reduced down to 2/3-1/2 as much as conventionally and the consumption of power can be saved exceedingly.
