A high-frequency power applied to the coil 20 is only consumed by the upper heater 8 and the lower heater 9. Accordingly, temperature rise speed in the upper heater 8 and the lower heater 9 becomes faster and the upper heater 8 and the loser heater 9 reach higher temperatures.
